Shattered heart
My personal methods/ones I hear of as being good: Wc: Ivy fm: willows/maples fletch: maple longs* herb: cleaning guams* craft: sapphire bracelets* Smith: iron knives* construction: oak larders/doors rc: airs/fires/zmi** cook: tuna* fish: monks* hunt: falconry theif: master farmers farming: allotment runs strawberries (+a flower and herb if you want)** mining: lrc/rune ess* agility: Any fairly short course works so gnome, barb, wildy etc. * all make a small profit ** Can profit, but not 100% Rest are 0 cost or a tiny loss, construction is most expensive but in gp:xp etc there's not much to do cheaper than standard oak training. Doing larders I rarely use over 1k planks a week doing it.

Bot Bruising
Unfair to mis-clicks etc. Imagine if u have lvl 99..thats 650k xp you'd lose for 1 slight error. Or 5.2m xp for 120 dg or 10mil xp if you have 200m And as pointed out above 1) bots can do randoms, 2) it just means they bot more.

Vyre Corpse Cremations
Yeah now you have the blisterwood weapons it would be advisable to farm them east of burgh de rott where a fair few fly about and/or just inside meiyerditch wheres theres 4 or 5 along the beach line. Dunno why I didn't twig that one, did all my 500 there with flail before this new quest came out (like many I worked on the assumption that as we had made this weapon over like 3 quests it'd be handy to have it maxed for the next quest only for them to like totally retcon the whole flail as a good vyre wep)

Vyre Corpse Cremations
Keep going in the quest until you gain full access to the city. I have Vyrelord status. I saw that this person was training on them without the disguise on. Once you finish the quest it lets you take the disguise off without being booted out, but with a bank and prayer alter readily available its not too hard to kill them in the disguise; I killed a few during the quest without any sort of supplies at all.

Champion's Scroll -giant-

best shield to use
Yeah greater DPS via strength bonus is better than defence. You may take more damage from single hits, but overall you are killing the monsters faster so they don't do as much damage. eg: Without any item there you eat say 3 times per kill With a defence shield you only eat twice per kill as damage you take is lowered. With str bonus you only eat once per kill as you inflict more damage and kill it faster. Only times defence matters more is with low-ish (80s or down) stats on monsters with really high def and strong attacks so the increased dps doesn't help you kill them fast enough; waterfiends would be a good example of this. But even then its still kind of debatable.

best shield to use
Yeah you use obby shield/rune defender as the step down from dragon defender for the str bonus. If you realllllyyy want defensive bonuses in shield spot its only worth it with DFS, the spirit sheilds and I hear at least 1 of the dg sheilds is good; and even dragon defender is often a more efficient choice in dps etc.

Good Game 1.8b
Yeah you do know account sharing is also a rule violation, so technically we could copy and paste this to jagex as an admission of rule breaking and quite probably get you banned as well?

I noticed that too. No surprise that bugs come into the game if their test servers aren't fully up to date... Could easily be a very old screenshot, for all we know the tower's main cosmetics have been done for months and they have just been working out the back-end technical side of things and factoring in new ideas.

Probably the symbol for one of the desert gods, afterall we do have Itchalrin(sp?) god of the dead and Amascut was the goddess of rebirth til she went all mad and evil. The later in particular would fit with resurrecting old enemies. Plus it puts me in mind of Scarabas head; the zammy symbol type part would match the headress/horns roughly, then the angular bull-ish face and the bit scarab jaws: And resurectting foes would also kinda fit with scarabites increased mental powers (figuring out how to make the tower etc) and their increased physicality via training there. Could also perhaps explain slight green-ish hue in concept art if its down in that swampy corner. I really don't think that ornate temples is Scabaras' style though, they seek to hide away underground to live very spartan lifestyles, and practically do nothing other than meditate when Amascut isn't riling them up. I would expect a temple of Scabaras to be extremely simple, and underground. If it's not Zamorakian, maybe it's a temple for a demon of some kind? Well the one other Scarabas temple we seen was fairly ornate and it is implied while they did spend a lot of time isolated that until somewhere around the 3rd or 4th age they weren't completely cut off being regarded as philosophers and intellectuals; so they would be highly valued and have the funds etc to build ornate places. Besides it's not all that ornate really, the pillars are quite crude and the chains and other than tht 1 logo not much decor. Only major feature is the door, which is implied to be some magical talking door.

Make an armadyl BStaff or Runes?
I thought multplie runes didn't apply with rc assiting, as the other rule over-writes it; that rule being the original user has level to do air runes therefore it ignores the assiter

Its people reference the fact I said it was a slightly green-ish tint to the yellow hue on the ground and could easily be several locations such as jungle or beach rather than just desert and that I felt desert was unlikely as the architecture didn't seem to fit with current desert buildings that are all egyptian or arabian styles. Though obviously this new interior screenshot pretty much confirms it is in the desert, unless jagex really has done something bizzare to justify the sand.

Vyre Corpse Cremations
yeah bloodburst is pretty much icefiend special, but slightly less projectiles and they hit a lot harder.

The other bts concept art is of the dominion tower door that matches the big stone face. So looks to be the lobby of the dominion tower.

Strange swirly thingy
Yeah its ancient curse animations, one of the ones that fires from you to opponent and back again. If pkers die at the right moment while the curse is firing the animation continues which means the bounce back shoots all the way to edgeville. You do occassionally see em in other areas as well from people dying in quests etc.

1 thing that annoys me: No way to speak in public while in a chat mode. eg if im talking mostly in clan so am in clan mode i HAVE to swap modes to talk occassionally in public.

Wealth-only drops
Bit of a tangent, when I said more rare drops I meant more because of wearing ring means more chance you will get them all (and subsequently more chance you will get a specific one due to volume [eg the more you spin the wheel the more likely it is you will have gotten a 6]) vs no ring means less rare drops so less chance to get them all (and subsequently less chance of tht one specific drop [less spins means less chances a 6 will of shown up]) Or to apply to game terms: The more dragons you've killed the more likely it is you will have had a visage drop, but still no guarantee.
-
Wealth-only drops
Ah my bad on that one then, basic theory still applies though. More rare drops = more chance of getting them all, but still no guarantee that you will get them all. the sentence "the effect of the ring of wealth differs between the enemies you fight" intrigues me; perhaps certain drops are made more common than others on specific monsters. Eg perhaps vecna skull (with row) is more common on nechs than it is on fire giants, or like the big herb drops are more common on things tht drop a lot of herbs anyway (eg abby specs)
-
Wealth-only drops
@Octarine The way jagex explained it in various places (like the kb and various QAs over the years plus i think a dev blog) Row gives you more chance of getting on to the rare drop table, so it does effect the first "roll" which dictates normal drop vs rare drop. Though from drop logs etc I wouldn't rule out it having an effect on the rare drop table like you said as well. (eg with row its easier to get onto the rare table and once on there its easier to get the rarest drops)
-
Wealth-only drops
It pure statistics mixed with luck. Wearing row means you get more kills that go to the rare drop table. More rare drop table drops means more odds of getting each individual drop. If you think of it as a dice throw: 1-3 are normal drop table 4 -5 are no drop 6 is rare drops So only 1 in 6 kills would be rare drop table, which then means getting EVERY single drop off there would take a lot of xp. Throw row on and suddenly you have: 1-2 normal drops 4 - 6 is rare drops. So 1 in 2 kills yields a rare drop; rare drops coming more often means you'll get more of them sooner. The more rare drops you get the more likely it is to get each individual drop; same way buying more raffle tickets you are more likely to get the prize you want, but its still no guarantee as it also increases your chance of getting any of the other prizes.

I fail to see the issue, especially as you can click through the cat box

Tree seedling notes.
Yeah i pot up my mage and palms most weeks after mtk run and bank them and they all grow to sapling in the bank. And sub-category works fine, it fills itself out with relevant options after you pick category; a few don't have any subs eg books, but most do.

Such an issue for clan chats atm since they didnt see fit to let us give a clan name and clan initials then use initials, so exmaple in my chat you end uo with: [Legacy of Honour] Sy Accursed: So message space is a premium! lol
