Maybe mutated bloodvelds or for some people those mort myre fungi. Mort fungi is a fair point, but meh easy to toggle if needs be for that and easy to remember to check. Plus latest quest means drakan medallion is better choice for mutated velds

I've heard that bug too; didn't hit it though cause I did all middle tier during quest as I only had 1 youngling veld left when i reached upper tier status

+ Lab tele on new seal for Mutated Velds are my favourites of this update. Main problem I do have is Burg De Rott tele being on the seal, Temple trekking nerfed after how long? 2 weeks. Yeah tht is kinda whack. If recharge wasn't in brugh de rott you could argue games necklace tele there to save charges. As in tht whole area medallion uses no charges

For thoose that asked new clothes: Wearing the 4 darkmeywer robe items + drakan medallion And stake (ranged) staff (mage) and polearm (melee) blisterwood weps

Missed the holy water vial, the blisterwood logs, the bloodveld youngling and the smoke bombs. Plus the 2 letters and the Un-repaired clothing items Should note top row item 2 is staff row 2 item 1 is medallion (amulet slot) row 4 is stake, polearm, hood, top row 5 is legs, boots Stake goes weapon slot-like knives etc. Medalion has 10 charges, recharged at blood fountain in the burgh de rott cave. Gives following teles: Barrows (self explainatory) Burgh De Rott (again) Meiyerditch (lands inside myreque hide out) Darkmeyer (lands inside arboretum) Meiyerditch Laboratories (lands downstairs) Also it uses no charge to teleport when you are south of mort myre And for the robes when wearing full set you get special ranks, I forgot first one but upper ones are: Vyre Grunt Vyrewatch Vyrelord/lady (can only be got after quest, take to Vansuela and go kill more jail ppl)

Yeah you can cast mage with it. It's just a case of maging without staff = can't hit vyres Magin with staff = can hit vyres And then staff can be used to melee em too if you wanna randomly melee with a mage staff

So to summarise Vanstrom's powers: [hide=Spoilery/tactics] 1) Primary attack is throwing a red mage ball at you 2) When walking he can claw you for melee damage 3) When flying he can make blood pools appear that hit HARD run off them. He can also freeze you while u stand on a pool to make sure you get hit 4) Stands still and calls 2 bloodvelds that heal him. Kill both quickly, noly 50lp each 5) Says bout darkness and has a shield like thing, run away else screen goes black and you take damage 6) Mist form hits constant mage damage, just smash holy water vial and keep him over the puddle [/hide]

If you don't have the seeds and other supplies to do farm runs and limited funds you can't very well do farm runs to make money.

If I was crafting blood runes I wouldn't be going there as it is a stupidly long run and not worthwhile. I would either use the abyss or make the effort to get blood alatr teletabs

Unless you have no plans to do farm runs and/or no funds to do farm runs and need the money now to, I don't know, maybe buy supplies for the impending bxpw or w/e...

I find no issue with the shortcuts. Afterall neither area they enter un-shortcutted is of extreme use. Bout the only reason to go into the swamp itself is for penguins and that you can just jump through a fairy ring.

He said he wants to empty the lep to sell, not fill. But yeah I totally blanked on gnome stronghold tree patch; best by far.

But runescape can be found and played on various gaming sites now. Eg mini-clip. New users don;t HAVE to come via the main website.

Well increasing profits and consistent player numbers and looking to seek new markets and gaining new high profile investment all are clear markers of something growing or at least sustaining itself. Opposed to there being nothing to tangibly to suggest a downfall. As far as tangible provable things go there's plenty to show runescape is at least sustaining, if not growing.

I never said they were good money makers. But he said he doesn't have time to make money before the weekend and the fun he has got are virtually useless for any major buyable. They are easy skills that don't require money to train and do make some money while doing them so would leave him financially better off post weekend. Not much you can do skill wise without the funds to buy in supplies or facing epic over-crowding; I simply chose to offer advice based on the circumstances he suggested opposed to opting to just telling him to go make money to do better choices.

Website traffic doesn't really show anything. So many swiftkit users etc means no website traffic. And moist website traffic monitor thingies are inaccurate due to various opt in and opt out systems etc. etc. And that graph doesn't even show numbers, just some arbitrary "rank" that could mean any number of things. Plus web traffic shows little relation to play numbers, eg my mac sleeps and keeps browser open so rs is perma open producing no new web traffic statistics; yet I can still play the game. Personally a better measure is jagex profits which keep increasing; yeah I'm sure some one will blather on about bots making them money. But bots don;t due to the money invested into trying to stop bots and the credit card fraud issues etc.

Obligatory to point out: No such thing as double xp weekend. It always has been and always will be Bonus xp weekend. I'd say if you lack funds jsut go for something like woodcutting, fishing or mining as at least you will make money off it leaving you in a better position post-weekend. Combat stuff might be an option but everywhere gets so crowded.

People have been saying Runescape has jumped the shark and is losing popularity every single year since it came out really. When in reality it's just people who have played for a while growing out of the game and thus becoming pessimistic about the game in general while assuming their new view is the same as the general populace.

My cousin who is a photographer by trade (or was, been a few years) went to 400. All the ones they had at my college only went to 400 too. Mine does go down to 100, but I generally leave iso on auto so far and it's never gone below 400; but I dunno if mine would be deemed an entry level DSLR or not was about £800 new which ain't the cheapest tier going.

I'd agree with what Tripsis said, aside from the ISO bit. Lower ISO does mean less noise/grain it is true; but in my experience most DSLRs etc only go down to iso 400 so you'd be lucky to get iso 100 or 200 and other than night shots, which are virtually impossible to do without some graining, I can't say I've had any grain issues. Plus I'd add the first two are kinda compositionally boring as the intended focal point is just in the middle; a good tip for composition is to think of the image broken up into a 3x3 grid, you want the main focal point to fall in any square of that grid other than the centre. eg on the frog the main focal point falls in bottom left of the grid. It's just to do with how the brain processes an image if the focal point is centre we sort of see it and ignore the rest as we know its just fall out boring stuff that isn't the focus of the shot; where as if it's off centre we visual explore and move around the image to see if there is something else to it we overlooked. Of course this doesn't 100% hold true all the time, but it's a good rule of thumb to follow during early stages of learning as it ensures more interesting compositions and in time you will start to gain a natural eye for composition and just know what will and won't work.

Probably refurbishing or moving to a newer/larger office or something; companys shuffle teams round all the time. My mother's team at work got moved every few years.
