Summoning Locations/Trade-In Corrections
How low did that take you in the pouches? My friend is low enough to get data on them all.

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
But its a hub of fishing and summoning training and hunting and you get some miners. Quieter than most in terms of player density but there's usually 20 or so people around that area long term

Summoning Locations/Trade-In Corrections
Where you list "Additional obelisks" you have missed the mort myre one (found inside the nature grotto) Also there is some weird repetition; above the swapping for shards table you have: Then almost immediately below it in locations you have: Seems a bit pointless to repeat the exact same paragraph in this way, plus the later in locations has more useful info about the sliding scale that would be useful in the other segment; and it clearly references level 57 being needed to trade in a level 51 pouch. Firstly there are no level 51 pouches, I'd assume its a typo of 52 (spirit terrorbird) and secondly this info can surely be added into the trade in table to get rid of atleast 1 more question mark in the trade in level column?

Yeah the whip has an 80 slayer req and it does say the new monsters can be assigned as a slayer task, it doesn't specifically say they are a slayer monster though. And its ambiguous whether the level 80, 86 and 91 references combat levels or slayer requirements. I think it's a safe bet if they are slayer monsters all 3 would drop the vine; after all why set the wield req at 80 if you can't obtained it til 91? This line of thought would also imply it will be untradable

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
I'd expect a basic citadel teleport, possible a fairy ring or spirit tree hotspot in upper levels.

Clean Windows 7 Install
The most important drivers are keyboard and graphics. Without them two you are screwed to even do anything. After they r working I'd say mouse and network (make life easier and open access to downloads) are next most important. After that I'd say disc drive for disc based driver installers. Then sound and all sorts of other non-essentials. On topic: I'd say get the drivers on a usb pen just in case.

Clean Windows 7 Install
No clean install involves formatting the hardrive. Unless you programs are installed on a seperate harddrive they will vanish; but even if they are its a bit iffy unless you wanna manually re-enter them all into the registry so they run correctly and/or do manual reinstalls/updates to repair them.

devious minds quest
I think it might be: Either the sara gaze dialogue or jobs for me dialogue which relate to other quests/quest rewards are overriding the slot you want. If you run through them dialogues so they close (vanish) they one you need might appear.

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
Your misunderstanding: NOTHING says portal hotspots. The ONLY reference to hotspots is talking about INSIDE the citadels. No-one disputed that there may indeed be many portal locations (i did include my personal thoughts that there will be only one but did not say this was a written fact); people only pointed out jagex has made NO reference to multiple portal hotspots as you claim.

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
No they didn't. They said they'd have things to suit all clan types, but nothing suggests more than 1 portal in. All odds would suggest one and only portal in will be in clan camp (ignoring possibility of a fairy ring or spell) especially since the rocks have largely fallen in quite awkward locations (cramped already lots of stuff etc.) From the July BTS: "Gather five clanmates who have membership and you will be able to complete the portal ritual, gaining entry to your clan’s very own citadel. Choose from four different layouts before deciding whether you want your citadel to be in glorious sunshine or perpetual night. Banners and flags fly the colours of your clan, and there are dozens of hotspots for you and your clan to make your own." I repeat start copying locations of the falling rocks. Hotspots to build features inside the Citadels. The quoted section clearly implies locations of the citadels. Jagex isn't creative enough with their coding to get past hotspot building. That passage implies hotspots to customise within your citadel. The entire paragraph is about what there is once you have entered the citadel; context dictates it means dozens of hotspots INSIDE the citadel to customise; same as we have inside poh. It doesn't remotely suggested citadel locations. It makes no sense that we'd have "hotspots" to "customise" outside the instanced area of the citadel, I mean we don't have house portal hotspots and nor can we customise them.

The mysterious power for dg Ghost voices in wildy pre-corp beast quests Cute creatures before a gnome quest all the chaos elemental hints. the lsit goes on.

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
Now, while that would be cool... Lower your standards and expectations a little. This is Jagex we're talking about, remember. :P. I never siad I expected that. I expect a poh-esque load screen with the house replaced by a castle and a pre-built portal in clan camp for us to perform the ritual on with the ritual being nothing more than a ranked staff member having to put the other 4 on a list of some sort before being allowed to enter portal and trigger the initial setup menu of day/night and layout

Giant Rocks falling from the sky
I reckon (if this does relate to clan citadels) these rubble piles will be where the "portal ritual" is done though obviously there'd be 1 special 1 at clan camp probably for it. Would be kinda cool if for the portal ritual we got a cut scene of the five players doing it jumping onto the rock as it wiggles about then it shooting up. Then load citadel area and we see various chunks of ruin flying up to form the island as we have restored its magic.

It's apparently going to match its steel equivalents. But hey, I guess combining the tinderbox, needle and chisel will save bankspace. Inb4 different animations with longer times. At least it'll be handy to have in the bank and for quests; less STFU need a pickaxe, go bank get back, STFU need a needle, go get needle, RARGGGGH seriously need a tinder? could you not of told me this at the start?!?, go bank, need hatchet, ARRRGGGH STFU QUEST, log off

Account hacked, got his IP
That is not always the persons fault. It usually is linked with the account's owner in one shape or form. The only way where it can't be linked is if they hacked Jagex and quite frankly, they wouldn't hack Jagex just for one or two RuneScape accounts. Even if they gained access to the database, the salts would take an extraordinary amount of computational power to crack. Unless they happen to own NORAD then they're out of luck. Over 1400 people have been hacked over the last 2 weeks, that to me does not look like coincidence at all. There are millions of people playing this game. That's just a drop in the pool compared to the amount of people playing. Don't forget the large quantity of scam emails linking to phishing sites or account powerleveling sites that turn out to be phishing sites anyway. Perhaps the Playstation Network hack a little while ago could have contributed to a few of them (same password as their RuneScape account with same name), but it's mostly the other examples I mentioned. As I said, if they hacked into Jagex they would do a lot more than just take a few RuneScape accounts. You would see the highest leveled players be taken down first. And, as I said, it's not even possible to begin with. There's a reason why they use supercomputers for codebreaking, and well your personal computer just wouldn't cut it. @OP, RS Wiki has also had some keyloggers in their advertisements recently. It's not their fault, but I know quite a few people who have had their computers and accounts compromised by it. So be careful when going on there. In addition to this how can you think 1400 is a lot? The players online now averages at 100,000+ So 1,400 is less than 1/100 of the players on at any given time, less than 1/200 at peak times. And as pointed out there's MILLIONS of accounts that 100,000 online accounts for about 1/100 of the total accounts. meaning this big 1400 over the past two weeks makes up 1/10,000 of total accounts. It is literally like a drop in the ocean; in fact as hacking goes its a pretty darn low hack rate given jagex's size and the real life profits that can be made via hacking. I wouldn't call the hack rate high until we hit maybe 1/500 of total accounts being hacked in a short time frame (that would be 20,000 accounts) and even thats kinda a low estimate really.

Update to Prisoner of Glouphrie
Yeah there's like 2 places where the fence has gaps used to get to the mountain "short cut" or just wander the perimeter. But neither is a quest reward, just a layout tweak tht came alongside the quests release, same as random npcs

Account hacked, got his IP
Pretty much every rs hacking case that comes up getting posted about can be traced back to a user fault opposed to just bad luck. Genuine hackings done by brute force methods are really really really rare, if you get hacked its safe to say you did something.

Account hacked, got his IP
There always a lot of hacking going on. All it says is: Recently you got phished or keylogged or leaked your pass some how. Or you some how got on a brute force hacking list of some china based gold farming company that is dumb enough to use advance hacking methods on rs. (most common method being: you bought from them)

Account hacked, got his IP
You should feel stupid for no bank pin; and stupid for getting hacked in general. Good password, good recoveries, decent AV, be smart about phishing sites/links, don;t tell anybody you password = odds of getting hacked virtually 0 because the methods left to hack you are mostly so complex only really sad losers bother using them to hack an rs account. That aside i believe there's a sticky somewhere on RSOF where you can post info like that to help customer support catch him
