I personally don't see too much difference between comparable AMD and intel cpus. Aside from AMD being fair bit cheaper causes its not "the brand". I have heard talk of intel chips being faster slightly, but I've equally heard talk of AMD overclocking much easier and when overclocked easily beating out intel. Very much half a dozen of one six of the other issue in my books; especially in the latest gen as AMD isn't lagging behind on speed so much as they used too.

Prestige isn't 100% set in stone. You have prestige level 31. But that doesn't mean you get the exact same prestige xp at each floor. However prestige 31 means you do get (much) more prestige xp for lower floors than you would with lower prestige.

I'm guessing as and where possible new updates (that alter game areas) will bring new trees to the area; while on none map changing weeks a few trees will maybe get changed in other locations. Also this area prob has new trees cause: a) Holiday event area is kinda new and blates not gonna build new areas with the old trees b) Holiday events always have the/an entrance south of fally aka right where the new trees are. First teaser pic suggests evil trees are getting make over though, or perhaps its meant to suggest something a bit larger? Like all the trees with links to the gnomes. I hope the Grand Tree gets updated in-line with the new tree graphics and all the other gnome buildings; even if they aren't "trees" as such.

Its not so much a missing step as since free trade return and alterations to how Zemergouls base works step 11 needs to change from: 11. Go to the base, located under the Chaos Temple in the southern Wilderness (north of Varrock). into: 11. Go to the guards quarters (in the north west tower of Varrock Palace) and speak to Hartwin to return to the base located under the chaos temple. Still good that its been spotted.

Its a distraction & diversion that you can do once a week. It takes 2 or 3 minutes and earns you around 10k-15k xp in magic, ranged and agility.

Seems needless to me. Most people trade in 100s cause they want the bonus and therefore wouldn't waste 1 - 99 zeals without bonus just because they don't need to full 100 to get their goal. But spose it could be useful for some people who don't mind wasting bonus.

Its a flawed method in some ways. Retrying failed tasks you run a high risk of wasting so many turns that you end up with less xp overall. Magic: 3 attempts at 99 trick means you have to skip lvl 10 and 20. lvl 99 is 3530xp lvl 10 & 20 = 3025.5xp So its barely an improvement and a 4th attempt would put u 2k xp less overall 10,20,30 is 5084.5 xp Ranged: fits exactly the same. 3 attempts = barely better off, 4+ = losing out. Agility: also fits the same; but worth remembering for agility 60+ all give same xp tl;dr - retrying failed tricks is ok but NEVER take more than 3 tries at a trick. more than 3 tries means the tricks u'll skip total more xp than the trick u r retrying.

Actually tip.it quest guide states/suggests that at lvl 85+ the normal zorges/skorges are not aggressive automatically. It never states they become magically no infectious. Fighting them still results in disease.

You are doing it wrong. You do 1 of each level for each act. So agility just go through each trick once. Ranged do the five big stars on duck thingy then the five small ones on the wheel* - Some people muck this up because the strips run in opposite directs Mage do all 5 teleport/alchemy then go and do 5 elemental/levitate - Some people I know mess up cause they do 5 alchemy 5 teleport; this is not right as it means u repeat the same 5 levels again. *obviously you can do this the other way round too

And like I've explained before this cycle of frustration is exactly why we have such an issue on these boards. Since years of arguing have been unproductive, don't you think it's time for the mods to consider a serious change? Well IIRC Sy was staff before he IPB switch-over so things may have been different back then, not too sure though. This is getting a bit off topic though. I'm sure Peter will be along at some point soon with an answer to the problem. I did also say "or got for a decent source" which kinda nullifys this whole little tangent. And yeah it was pre-IPB; but my clan was IPB b4 we moved to zeta so I'm familiar with ipb admin systems.

The way I see it certain users have an issue in which they flame people who disagree but never actually disprove the info they claim is wrong and then half way through the argument reveal a detail tht would of prevented the whole argument if they'd of posted it in the first place. The compromise to make things all happy is: 1) Make sure posts are clear many of the "efficiency trolls" miss details out because "everyone should know them"; but its help & advice people post there because they DON'T know. I don't mean everything needs to be explained in every post but for example if your argument/statement is based on the fact that x may cost more than y, but in the time saved u re-make the money and more say that; don;t just say its better with no explanation. 2) If you can't reasonably disprove someone's advice don't flame them. 3) Don't start getting snappy and rude because someone questions your advice, just answer the question. Most people ask further questions to learn not to be rude or to disagree.

They do write the styles though, or at least get them from decent sources. I do know how forums run, been here long enough, on good enough speaking terms with a fair few admins had a "sneak peak" as it were in my brief stint as website crew and run the coding side of things of my clans forum.

That's not necessarily true, there are several different stylesheets involved. True but anyone with any coding sense, which the tip.it admins have, are not going to put a style factor used universally by all pages in a stylesheet tht isn't applied to all pages. eg the background colour, basic table/div colours, tab graphics and default font colours are used by all pages and as such would probably by in a single style sheet that all pages use; while other stylesheets for page specific features are called up by pages. Since tip.it coders aren't foolish its safe to say lack of ALLL style features isn't a style sheet issue. Just doesn't seem likely given tht some pages work and others don't and its not even like it could be cached pages work since the pages tht r mucking up arent pages i nvr visisted before and i've done a cache clearence.

Oh and all the ones u can see gone purple in first pic work fine too, gallery, blogs and tracker too (dunno why cache not turned them purple); only anomaly is "account problem" loads with the tip.it theme rather than deflection.

It started yesterday and it happens every time on specific pages. As covered above. Specifically so far, viewing ANY forum. Threads work fine and so does the homepage but forums turn out as pictured below. Report a thread and start a new topic also do it. The homepage, inside threads and reply all load fine.

Since each skin uses 1 single style sheet a problem with the style sheet wuldnt really explain some pages being 0 style and others being perfect. Things like bg colour and font colour are universally to all pages afterall. And I cleared cache when it first happened to no avail.

Nope, it's DDR2. Some i7 mobos i seen can run ddr2, or atleast it says so in the specs. I know most require ddr3 though.

It made me giggle that u asked if u need to upgrade the cpu. i7 is a cpu; so obv u gotta change the cpu. You might also need new ram. But sometimes u can get lucky and ur old ram will swap over nicely.

Wow so jagex just made lumbridge, moonclan and edgeville tele in the respective spellbooks utterly useless. also can confirm this to be true cause I just checked it lol

Only does it on deflection but certain pages are utterly bugged in that they have no style elements at all (even all the positioning is wrong) It does this on the start a topic page, report a post page and any forum (as in gen discussion, h&A not an actual thread); yet on other pages (homepage, reply etc) its fine. No other skin seems to be doing this and it doesn't appear system or browser related (same issue occurs on my pc in ff and ie and on my mac in ff and safari)

Try help & advice forum. Any spawner can spawn any impling. There are however some that seem to have increased odds of certain rarer implings. ie ones of mos le harmless seem to spawn pirate implings more often and dangerous locations tend to spew out dragon implings more. Conversly draynor, varrock and all the ones like tht in really populated safe areas are far more likely to pop out common ones.
