  1. I got a car a few weeks ago and I checked the liquids under the hood today.. brake , power steering, coolant, oil, etc. I noticed I have a big big reservoir and that the coolant was at like.. near the bottom (I didn't bother checking the radiator), so I grabbed some coolant and poured til it was full. Later, I thought more about it, looked in the manual, and realized that the level that the coolant WAS at, was the right level (full cold) and that I had to put a 50/50 mixture of water and coolant, but I poured the coolant straight in. Is it bad that the reservoir is filled to the top? and with pure coolant? I added like 1/2 quart of coolant and the book says the coolant system holds 12 quarts. I was gonna have the car serviced anyway, but I wanted to do SOMETHING by myself :P
  2. I'm looking for a car. I live in New Jersey I have about $10,000 to spend I am generally looking for a 2-4 door car, any size (coupe.sedan) Automatic or Standard Transmission(manual) either one, doesn't matter to me About 40,000 or less miles Preferably Toyota, Honda, Chevy, or Ford Any advice for me? I've been looking at tons of cars and every salesman has a different catch/story that makes me want to buy their car. Things I really have in mind: 2005 Chevy Aveo (9,700 miles) (red)(automatic) around $9500 (Testing it tomorrow too, excited cause it's practically new and not expensive) 2001 Toyota Corolla (67,000 miles) (navy blue)(automatic) around $8500 (Tested it, drives like any other import, still pretty tight handling which I think is good, plus good gas milage) 2002 Ford Mustang V6 coupe (45,000 miles)(dark red) (automatic) (around $11,000) (Haven't driven it.. maybe tomorrow) (excited about this one) 2001 Honda Civic (30,000 miles)(dents in side door, can be fixed though)(good gas milage supposedly) The others i've found have over 80,000 miles and don't look like very reliable or safe cars. Some dealer tried to quick-sell me a 2001 pontiac sunfire for 9500$ (according to him it was a great deal) I guess i'm just looking for opinions, advice when looking for a car, any tidbit that is helpful to best spend my 10,000. Thanks!
  3. Remember tho, 6 people have 99 hunter and only 71 people have 90+ hunter.
  4. would i be able to do quests? probably..the runescape knowledge base is pretty good.. i don't do quests much anyway would you still be able to meet as many friends? probably not.. are we counting official runescape forums? i don't have many friends on rs! would u know the exact stats of a certain item? yeah.. the RS knowledge base, or actually use /examine it in-game to find out. fansites make things easier.. but I can do without them if they weren't here
  5. I would say I would prefer a few 99's over a high skill total. Anyone can take a day or two on each skill and get all their skills to 80 in no time. Getting to 99 is the endurance part, which in my mind counts more. (Eventhough cooking, fletching, are easy 99's)
  6. Great guide.. detailed, complete, well layed out, looks nice. Might be a little too much to read and soak in for new players, but definitely AoW material.
  7. You could also try making this as an HTML page and opening it up in IE and printing it. Use tables to align the columns, and inserting text, an input box, and red line should be no problem. Google "HTML Guide" if you don't know HTML or post here if you'd like it done in HTML.
  8. Fraps is probably your best bet but Camtasia is great too. If you need any tutorial or serial for Camtasia, PM me or contact me on AIM.
  9. Playstation 3 will probably be a definite 3rd out of those consoles. Nice processing speeds and capability, but the Wii will win popularity with originality and the XBox has already been out.. and if you have an XBox 360.. what really is the point of getting a PS3?
  10. Sign me up! you'd be taking my loads of willows in rimmington and either burning them or selling them to store..your choice!
  11. Some people have made interface graphics that are plenty spaced out that can even fit more than 1 more skill and look nice. I think if they do make a new skill though, everything would be more scrunched up, and Total Level would be in smaller font.
  12. My last was Witch's Potion. I did them all in order.
  13. quite often i switch between full mime and full frog..i keep it simple :)
  14. They always give you plenty of time. It's just that you have to learn to spend that time wisely.
  15. i collect gold rings (no gems) that i get from nests from chopping wood. I have about 250 of them so far, which is a lot of choppin!
  16. I was buying 50k yew logs, at the time the price was 250 each. someone offered to sell me all 50k for 220 each. I jumped at the deal in a heartbeat, put up the 11m , traded, and turns out he switched 50k yew logs for willow logs at the last second, and i was stuck with 50k willows! :wall: :wall:
  17. Don't f2p'ers get a big enough taste of the game already by simply having the ability to have a character, play unlimited hours every day of the year , in half the entire world, half the skills, 1/4 of the items, nearly 1/3 of the entire game , all for free? If this is about updates for f2p, they will be small and spread apart. Nothing as far-fetched and unrealistic as allowing f2p'ers sanctioned time to experience members benefits. Why, in their right mind, would they give freeloaders more reason to not get a membership? If this is really about making "f2p more fun" then post some ideas or suggestions that would be realistic, aka miniscule and inexpensive updates, player-run f2p events, player-ran minigames or guilds, clans, etc., and you will get more discussion and ideas, and a good topic going.
  18. its probably been said a million times in this thread but.. Agility brings in no money. Agility has less variety to gain xp than any other skill. Agility can't be bought. You can't read forums or do anything else while training Agility. So in the low-agility player's minds.. what's the point in spending all that time to get Agility with little reward when you could be spending that on another skill and become uber rich? It's a shame that agility hasn't been updated much to connect with any other skill.
  19. I think Willov will win.. by a large amount.. but good luck to both of you! What do you plan to do after you guys get santa hats?
  20. Level 3 skillers are atleast more special than the normal person because its harder to level when your Str, Atk, Def is so low.. getting 99 WC with an iron axe or 99 mining with an iron pick is special in my mind :-w
  21. Updated after Day 2!! 82 WC.. I may even post a bank pic of how utterly poor I am
  22. I go back the 5th of sept.. as a senior in HS... i'm like the only one without my license so ill be the only senior riding the bus :( so lame
