I myself liked pking solo better any how just because of the fact id often get aggravated if some one else made a faster catch then me. Would feel like i wasted time clicking just to have some one beat me in to another 3 rounds , and i liked the feeling of killing some one instead of doing all the work then some one maknig a lucky catch and finishing some body off (really hated that). Thats prob one of the biggest reasons i hate rs2 pking is because its more team oriented then classic was. I could deal with the new pk system all except for the fact it kind of pushed you in to making you have to have a team , especially when tbs came out. You couldnt wear tb gear and out last a opponent much less a team of people. O well tho. Cant wait for diablo 3, hope the player killer system is still like d2 where you can solo pk :D

Pking wasnt really just about luck. Teams played a big role in fights yes , but cant really use that as a excuse on your skill of pking, some of the better pkers got kills solo or in groups .....look at fuzz nut zorro toy ....or medusa , bs arkan , and many others.

Knife bug was fun. All i can really remember about it tho was it seemed as i figured out about it it got fixed. Angel2002 would always brag to me about how high he hit etc...didnt play much back then so wasnt to worried about actually using it as much as he did. He also made sure to brag about him being banned like he was:s Think there was another big bug , could of sworn it was around the knife bug time or maybe it was before but you could walk up and dc some one....some [cabbage] . Who knows, maybe im just imagining or forgetting exactly what that one was. any how , not really that great of a rs classic fact sheet really , quite basic simple.

bs arkan didnt become a great pker til after he was close to maxing out. Back when he and crunch killa were training for top pure bs , he sucked horribly at pking. When he was close to maxing tho id list him as one of the top 5 pkers tho. and swifty did get alot of kills of decent named people , his actions kind of drowned that fact tho. But in all honesty , who the [bleep] cares , its 2008 , game died 4 years ago , and the best pking times on rs was a good 5 - 6 years ago. Its time to let it all die and forget about it.

other then the trading part the wildy part aint half bad. Just because of the fact of how bad the pking system was on rs2 its now kind of made it , ok

I, for one, do not recall Runescape ever being noob-or-child-free. Never has everyone been always friendly and nice to me. Am I actually playing a different game from the person I quoted above? There have *always* been beggars, scammers, noobs, etc. for as long as I have been playing. The close friends I had back then were 12 (Who Da Best, ranked 3rd in combat hiscores) and Grubyyyyyyy. More than half of the players were kids. Lumbridge was full of people asking for cyber. :innocent: Try looking at my website and what you see there are people abusing bugs in the wilderness and what not. Scammers roamed freely and Jagex had to take several steps to reduce the number of their victims (ex. second trade screen, changing the look of bronze long sword so it doesn't look similar to drag long, etc.). Don't get me wrong, Rs was great then. We had a good community and everyone knew each other. However, it was NOT a noob-free paradise were everyone was nice and kind to everyone else. Such a place does not exist on the internet. Postcript: This was also posted on RSC where I had a disappointing (but half-expected result) with only half of the posters actually reading the first post. Thing is I dont even know you , or the person you say i logged from. And I didnt log to just any body, I logged from people who logged from me only. Except mi , I wouldnt stay on the same server as them because 30 people who actually knew how to "catch" werent very good odds to fight solo. And adx, what ever floats your boat. You were never a decent pker, you wernt known as meeturlogger for your amazing pk ability, so dont start talking [cabbage] now. From the gist of what you just said, "Good pkers didnt eat they attacked untill they got 3 hit on low hp" Do you know how [bleep] [developmentally delayed] that made you sound?. And dont compare yourself to zorro, thats insulting to him, at least he hung arround when he was low food/hp. your some punk loser who hung out at castle. But i know i had just as many kills as zorro toy, adx1 , etc. And I didnt say people dont [bleep]ing heal, i say most of the time we get caught up in the whole catching aspect we didnt worry about healing from 50 hp if we were about to ko some one and some of the time it would result in us dying. I still remember killing whitearmy 14 times in a row then catching my self dead on him when he had no food I and i still had like 14 lobs and he made a big post about it on new era forums.
