  1. @Quyneax: What do you mean by Dps with magic and claws? Using Ppore staff as main weapons and using claws for the special to knock out?
  2. .... you know what? I totally forgot about the combat rework. Yeah maybe waiting a bit would probably be for the best.
  3. Haven't seen this posted here, so I might just as well mention it, for the 25k XP con reward you need at least 80 Con to survive the Acid.
  4. I am considering to take a break of my main account and start a Pking account just for the hell of it; but I am not sure if a pure would be a good idea for someone who is just starting. The Main types I am considering are: 60 Attack/ 70-99 Str/ 1 Def/52 Prayer 60 Attack/ 70-99 Str/ 30 Def/52 Prayer 70 Attack/70-99 Str/40 Def/52 Prayer Turmoil Zerker (Probably won't start trying to be a Turmoil Zerker; but if I can manage it, I'll try to end up with a Turmoil Zerker)
  5. Blue dragons in the Taverly dungeon is probably the best way in that case.
  6. Forgot to mention that using pots and the best offensive prayers you have (ideally Turmoil; but piety is awesome too; but Chivalry has served me really well) to maximize xp gains.
  7. Outside of Dungeoneering there are very few monster whose Defense levels are high enough that you need to use a specific weapon (Higher tier Dragons, waterfiends and some bosses mostly) so a DScimmy + Ddefender are the best option for general training in fhe 60-70 range, once you hit 70 Abbysal whip + Ddefender is best for attack and defence training, for Strength a Sara sword is best AFAIK. But once you hit 80 attack Chaotic rapier beats them all, no question. Having said that, with the upcoming combat rework it ia possible this will change as Jagex have stated that they want combay to be more immersive and have monsters' weaknesses and strengths actually matter during combat.
  8. Just going to pop in and say that Shantay pass is also a great place to train cooking as you get some nice xp bonus from cooking in a fire and the one click bank is insanely useful.
  9. IIRC=If I Recall/Remember Correctly
  10. You could get a Gem bag from dungeoneering to keep the gems, I don't recall how many tokens you need; but I don't think it is too expensive.
  11. So Farming it is, well is there other skill that I should work on while my crops grow?
  12. I just recently got all my skills to a base 50 and I intend to bring them to a at least 60; but I was wondering if there was a skill that would really help to get first to 60? I don't have a lot of cash at the moment; but I am working on it by doing dailies and herb runs (Toadflax) so if the skill gives some profit or at least doesn't loose too much it would be awesome.
  13. How do you calculate hourly profits fior herbs? And do those figures change a lot if I am missing trollheim patch?
  14. I think I'll ask in my clan if someone wants to help me; but in case anyone here wants to help me, just send me a PM in game. I would be extremely grateful.
  15. As the title says, I really really want to get a Deflector; but I suck at Conquest and due helping a "friend" get his own deflector I tanked my ranking, so can anybody offer some help?
  16. Isn't leeching hilariously expensive?
  17. I don't know about at which level to start actually dungeoneering; but I have seen people say 60 to 65-ish, as for a prometheum 2h I believe the friend chat "Dung Smith" can help you get one.
  18. Unless you are going for a particular xp goal in combat, training slayer after maxing combat is a waste of XP and time you could be using to train other skills. Or at least that is my guess.
  19. 3 pm for me, hope I can be online for it.
  20. Not sure how viable it really is; but you could go for an Agile purw if you have higj agility/ don't mind to train it a lot.
  21. If I might hijack this thread a bit, at what point should you stop rushing, say you have unlocked up to floor 25.
  22. I just unlocked orange lizard and I am not sure if I should move to them or if should keep with Swamp lizards, I want the best XP I can get at this level; but if there is possibility of profit I would prefer to profit at least a little.
  23. I am pretty sure that's cursebearer. Then probably the sagas.... out of ideas then.
  24. One of the teaser images in facebook was a huge robed skeleton...reminded me of a Dungeoneering boss, perhaps that is what they are alluding to with monstous? [spoiler=Here is the image btw.]
