That's either an ogre top or default clothing option.

Are you looking to be a hybrid void pure? If so you will want to limit to either 60/70 attack to keep your combat level lower. If you are only going to be ranging then you should keep your attack/strength @ 42 each to stay under 90 combat.

138 vs. 200: Vote on combat level formula! (not guaranteed content)
Steph replied to Serfal's topic in General Discussion
I personally would like to see 138 formula return because I max at 102 combat with EoC not allowing me to do slayer with anything higher than Vanakka. Prior to EoC I was doing Summona tasks. -

This really surprises me, You have made full Tetsu without the help of Whaler, yet you haven't finished upgrading your buildings? I upgraded my workshop right after I upgraded my bar, before I upgraded my Warehouse, and long before I finished any armors.. I left the shipwright and Lodgings to the very last, and purely because I wanted full port score. The extra XP from workshop is probably the best thing to upgrade for benefit outside of ports, since most other things only affect things inside the port. Do what he wants yo. -

For everyone discussing the lack of removing gp from the economy, they never mentioned that as a goal beyond the tax imposed on retrading a bond.

It does indeed. Handcannon + override = tons of fun. I'm gonna be really sad if I don't get a few WTF as I run around runescape with this. Damn son. -
Can I get clarification; Player A buys a bond for 5 usd, the economy decides (Through buying and selling affecting ge prices) that bonds are worth X Gp. (For this example we will use 10m) Player A can then redeem this bond for 10m gp through selling it to players OR they could activate the bond for Runecoins/Membership/related allowed items OR trade it to a friend to redeem the previous OR they could trade it to someone who wants to redeem the services for gp or items up to the determined bond value?

Divination - one of the new skills reported by IGN
Steph replied to Kimberly's topic in General Discussion
It's already confirmed to be the Gathering skill, as it was said to be the first skill of the two coming out this year. Not to mention the fact that Divination doesn't really make sense as a production skill, while there is a big link between the mythology of Divination and gathering/finding objects. I must have missed that somewhere, oh well! -
Divination - one of the new skills reported by IGN
Steph replied to Kimberly's topic in General Discussion
I didn't see this when I read through the thread, but is it possible that Divination would be the second (processing) skill? I can't find any source saying it would be either/or but the thread seems to assume gathering. Would using divination to create and enhance items seem like a viable option as well? -

80 all, One Defence :) -
Cannon accuracy is based off your ranged level, your current combat style (stab/slash/crush/ranged) and your bonus in the combat style. Potions that boost your ranged level do have an effect on cannons.

2007 - Old School RuneScape... You Vote! - [It's Here!]

Could you prove that there aren't? Asking for proof of either is a poor arguement both ways. -
You are still one of my favorite Fashionscapers to date.

The ability to teleport to the abyss was possible because of the beam. But there was nothing within the Abyss to anchor their teleport spells to in order to get back to the overworld. The portal within the abyss might have been their answer -- another connection to another area of the abyss to bypass the distance needed to reach the rune altars. And because it seems like their magic was less refined than their Mage Guild counterparts, the portal could've been unstable, hence the Apprentice's need for constant vigilance. ...Or maybe I have it back asswards and it's the portal within the abyss that anchors them & allows them to teleport INTO the abyss, and the portal beam in Gielnor allows them to teleport OUT of the abyss as a reverse of what people use to teleport in the overworld. I'm not sure exactly which it is, but I'm fairly confident it's one of those answers. Actually I think it might be the second one. Ehh. I got a third theory: The power beam makes it possible to teleport both in and out of the abyss, but it cannot make the user's existence in the abyss stable. Teleporting in instantly forces you to teleport out at your destination. A normal teleport does not use the portal at all, so as to make the user spend practically no time in the abyss (which is a good thing if you want to avoid users being ripped to shreds). The portal is like the beam in that it's an anchor, but as you say, it's poorly executed and requires constant supervision, as the ZMI didn't have the resources or knowledge of the rest of the Tower to do it properly. Half-teleports, where the user goes into the abyss and stays there, uses the beam to go in and the portal to stabilise the user's existence in the abyss. Then this begs the question of how normal teleport spells work when you cast them while you're in the abyss. Ehh. The original CFT.

You should try out Ahrim's Staff, I have a similiar outfit with it and it's so lush. -
This is Jagex's definition of RWT. I.E. those guys RWT'd, Jagex doesn't. Oh come on. That's the new, post SOFscape definition. Are you honestly going to tell me that buying spins for 1M Agility xp/hr isn't RWT? That people can now buy spins, stock up on recharge gems and get a permanent 1.5X or 2X xp modifier isn't RWT? These are huge in game advantages that require the player to purchase them with real money. Who cares if it isn't 'officially' RWT, when it is blatantly obvious to anyone who's played the game for a few days that it is? I'm a bit late to the party, but all I'm reading here is semantics. People can buy membership awarding faster experience rates and money making methods. Of course you won't call this Real-World Trading, you'd call this a SERVICE. That's all Squeal of Fortune and Solomon's Store are in the end. The difference between Jagex offering services that can award Gp/Xp and Third-Parties is Jagex is offering services for a game they own intellectual rights to.
