I muself get the same message when I try to login. I am pretty sure I am not banned, so what Arceus said above is most likely the reason as to why. Furthermore I am trying to get in contact with Jagex to get information regarding this issue. Stay tuned!

Quests aren't competitive content. They shouldn't have a competitive title. I understand that some players dislike quests and will rush them, however Jagex should not be rewarding and encouraging people to rush through them that might otherwise have actually read through and enjoyed them. And that is actually the principle I meant.

I do like most skillcapes as they are now, however the only one that I have a problem with, is the Firemaking one. It is the only one which has its colour changed massively. Instead of the bright orange like the Firemaking Master Skillcapes (picture below, taken from the Runescape Wikia), it now got a golden-ish colour. All other skillcapes got their original colour for some bit. It would probably not a 1:1 match, but they are very close to my eyes. Totally different to what happened with the Firemaking skillcape (which you see a picture of above so you can compare). Picture:

To be honest, that shark outfit doesn't really even look like it would be from Jagex, but some pleb made it. It really looks awkward like they just used a picture as a skin or something, instead of using polygons(?).

It would be impossible to dive without some modern day equipment. I know diving gear kinda does exist in the game, but if we are not gonna make guns available, we shouldn't make these available either. The reason we can't really dive without modern equipment is because we all play humans with no super powers at all. We might be able to use the skill magic, but my point now stands. Actually we do have Superpowers. We can resist the gods.

Found the problem: http://www.reddit.com/r/runescape/comments/2xc07x/runescape_currently_down_bt_users/ Basically the fault is with the BT provider, which seems to be the most likely cause for all of you since you are all from the UK.

It all works fine for me, perhaps just restart your computer?
