I think the problem is that such an approach can never work on a subscription based MMORPG. In fact we already pay monthly for expansions, more often than not we do not even know what we get the following month. E.g. people with premier membership pay upfront for up to a whole year, without knowing what it will bring. Especially with these PttP polls and RuneLabs. So I wonder what he could bring in to the team and the assets he has.

It still is, if only for the 7% 'accuracy' boost.

You mean you do not want the Quest based Holiday events? I think quest based holiday events are much better as it gives someone just a 2-3 week timeframe to complete the event instead of a daily need to return to the event location for the duration of the event. The latter is in my opinion a horrible game design as holiday events are meant to be relaxed. If you need to return daily to get all rewards, it gives people the pressure to go back and devote time to the event.

It is ill-advised to go in w/o a guide for at least a certain part. The puzzle is incredibly complex and requires quite a lot of 3D thinking amongst other things.

Been talking to Mod Rowley & Mod Stu. They said there is a 'fix' in QA at the moment regarding the difficulty of obtaining T20 gear in DoD. They are trying to hotfix whatever they can, but some of it requires an actual Game Update which will be on monday.
