  1. I wonder if there is any of them that works on rapier overrides. I am aware that it requires 2 keepsake keys for them to override but w/e!
  2. 1) I certainly agree with that exp per hit was nice, however how it currently works is fine too. 2) Nothing wrong with getting experience points from other players =3! Would make minigames like FoG a bit more attractive, if the experience formula is a bit decent. 3) No thank you, it was massively abused and didn't work as intended, besides the whole wilderness is back! Wasn't that the main thing PvP'ers wanted back? 4) Actually you might try changing your graphic settings then. I do not have the best laptop either, but at overall pretty low settings I still run it at 40+ fps! Otherwise it might be hardware related, get some help from Jagex moderators if you're really having trouble. 5) Members have plenty of bosses that lower leveled players could challenge, to name a few: King Black Dragon or Giant Mole. 6) Would be impossible to implement due to technical difficulties and such. 7) Trade limit got lifted for members and F2P alike, however do to massive RWT they made the limit back for F2P'ers. So if YOU are a f2p'er who trades with a member, then the 10k limit is in effect. If you trade with a F2P and are member yourselves then it's also in effect. I believe there is 1 exception: if both of you were member at least 1 time since the restriction has been put back into place, there shouldn't be a restriction. 8) I do believe something like that has now been put into place as of 30th of April, you might not notice it much on F2P due to lower leveled armours and it has more of an effect on high leveled armours. 9) No, otherwise any attempt to hybrid defensively would be a major drawback. There are some places where you'll want hybrid defensives, but not wearing hybrid pieces. 10) Want Meleescape? No thanks >.>! Melee already has the upperhand for now due to tier 90 weaponry. Next week we should see this resolved with tier 90 ranged weaponry, if there is balancing due there will be balancing. All classes must be in similar strenght to each other and each has their distinctive advantage! Oh and about your comment on the bottom: Sounds like, if you do not agree with this, keep it away (uncalled arguments(?) ). You have your opinion of course, but if that opinion can be easily falsified by actual facts (for example #7) then it is not really an opinion anymore. Next to that optional features actually are features that co-exist next to another feature. Let's take exp per hit vs exp per kill as an example. These cannot co-exist next to each other and so isn't an optional feature. Looking at that only #4 is an optional feature.

  4. Fire the seawitch! I am closing in on scroll #70 =D
  5. Simply, there are fremmeniks there who follow Guthix.
  6. I would like to know what you think about my idea for Player Moderators to try and act as a conduit between community and Jagex. I am away it works 1 way , from community to jagex, but I see the need from the community to be more informed on what Jagex does. They could make an topic more easily in the Player moderator section and let you know what's up and then Player moderators can spread the information further.
  7. Mod Chris L was heavily involved in the design for the max/completionist capes, so it's no wonder that he'd be more willing and quick to work on a piece of content much closer to his heart :P Next to that he has a fair part into combat stuff...
  8. Expand the team to another 8000? Are you suggesting we transform Runescape into a police state? Expanding and allocating more power to an organisation that is already partly corrupt would be ruinous to the Runescape community. Player moderators should have never existed in the first place. Regular players should not be given the power to mute other players. It's a system that assumes that every single player moderator won't abuse his power at some point in time. Considering the number of player moderators who are frequently paid off to mute certain individuals that big-boss chatroom leaders don't like, I'd say the system has failed. I tense up when I see a player moderator at the Grand Exchange, because I know that's where they usually do their dirty business. Why should I have to be terrified of my fellow players in a safe zone? I know the grand majority of player moderators are very nice, non-corrupt people. But the system just isn't worth it when you have even a few dozen who abuse their powers on a regular basis. Scrap it entirely. I don't care if you value justice more than your average player, you're still human and you still make mistakes like every non-Pmod player. Denying that fact is ignorance on your part. Let the developers control the justice system in their own game. Like I said, it was only a rumor. This plan of theirs was back in 2011, but I assume it got scrapped when they started working on BotWatch. I still do not believe that they should scrap it entirely. Player Moderators could do other things too then just being a policeforce. Besides, Jagex still checks all the mutes if they were even fair. If you think the few overpower the many, and being afraid for the few, then you are just a sheep... Indeed I do care about justice, my justice sense is rather strongly and mistakes be made but I also have my own set of morals and values and will act accordingly. If there were no Player Moderators at all, then things would probably more rampant then they are at the moment. Hence I see a cutout job for the Player Moderators to act as a conduit between jagex and the community instead of the HLF being that.
  9. Can you foresee some meaningful role for Player Moderators, other than that of status symbol? I can't. I see one: as an intermediator between the community and Jagex for faster and more precise communication. Sometimes we are left in oblivion about something only to be responded on sometimes months later.
  10. Care to go into a bit more detail? As helpful as "useless" and "redundant" are, they don't really say anything. |^_^| I think Alg feels attacked o.O Oh and at @Blyante: Not everyone is aware of fan-sites that provide excellent information. So they could still serve some purpose here. I encounter people daily who ask this or that, and I help them mostly because I know the information out of my head Well here is my opinion: For one, I think they should expand the amount of Player Moderators. I see far too few of them outside of crowded places like Deamonheim or Grand Exchange. Weren't they planning on expanding the Player Moderator team by another 8,000 people? Further on, I think their original role is now made near obsolete due BotWatch, however there are still a lot of situations where a player should be muted, as that is the only thing a player moderator can do, and it's frustrating that there is no Player Moderator nearby who could act on it. I would like to explore a new division of Player Moderators, one that we currently have, that is their original purpose helping people around and reporting obvious bugs directly with Jagex Moderators but also dealing with Bots, Scammers and Spammers, and one that Jagex is now aiming to achieve; Community Player Moderators. The idea is nice, but it ends up that those people who are the most famous or infamous (watching you woox ;D!) gets asked to be a Player Moderator. Ofcourse this is not always the case. I do think that Player Moderators should get back to their original purpose which is helping players around. I believe Player Moderators could serve a function as an intermediary between Jagex and the Community. Not that I am aware of, there will always be bogus stuff. After the Gambling situation nothing else so far has cropped up that annoyed me and, so far that I could notice, others. Well not really, but I care to admit that since the first day I encountered a Player Moderator back when I started, I always wanted to become a Player Moderator so I could help people out more easily or act there when needed. From my experience there are few Player Moderators who've really picked up their role and as such didn't really prevent quite a bit of the disruption they could prevent. It might be a bit idealistic however...
  11. Smithing might've been over the top yeah =/ Just get something like 50 or 60 smithing.
  12. Get the following levels in F2P before members: 61 RC 60 Craft (actually need 76, but 60 craft is close to hides) 68 Mining 80 Smithing (Smithing is generally same in p2p compared to f2p) 70 Fishing (you'll fly fish anyway) 70 Cooking (See smithing) 74 Firemaking (See Smithing) 76 Woodcutting (See above)
  13. You still haven't completed the challenge, 3 oxheads with same flavour text! Challenge: http://forum.tip.it/topic/316186-11-dec-2012-player-owned-ports/page__st__4340?do=findComment&comment=5402459 I myself have 2/3 as have a few others...
  14. This above was 2 days ago or so. Now I got this: Also worth 2.7m ;D!
  15. That doesn't mean they don't plan on nerfing it in other ways! Perhaps limiting it to 1 warband/day ?
  16. Why don't you do strenght while slaying and chin/barrage abyss creatures for def exp?
  17. Objection! The person who made this .gif forgot that having 99 HP would have made his cape trimmed. There were HP boosts back then I believe! Saradomin Brew existed far back then =)
  18. And I've 2 telescopes :')
  19. Now can I have it back please =O! Now I opened a Hard Casket and got Nardah Scrolls =C
