I hope they also let us get rid of the tab system too. I wouldn't mind having a ribbon bar with a button for every interface accessible in one click and having it show up the same way as it did before, one clean rectangle in which the selected interface appears instead of several tabs cluttering up over time.

Well, for one, when you're slaying efficiently, you don't really get those initial auto-attack first hits when using slower weapons. You'd probably get one on your first kill of the task, but yeah.

It's both The game (and by that I mean Jagex's past actions) led towards the players being so xp-oriented, but right now: - Minigame doesn't have good enough xp rewards: people won't play it (even if the minigame is fun) - Minigame gets updated to give good xp: it gets boosted/abused/etc. instead of played the intended way Either way you'll change the game, the players will try and find a way to abuse the system instead of playing the intended way.

And that, my friends, is exactly why I bring fire runes instead of a fire staff when I want to bring alches during slayer.

My conclusion: the problem isn't (currently) with the game, it's with the community.

I bet they're completed because you watched a video that was so good your rubik's cubes fell off the desk and completed themselves.
