Runescape's future population
It will use a 'Jagex Account' like FunOrb and RuneScape are linked. Bets on how much Mech&RS&FO will cost together? \: 12 USD a month. That works out to 5 for Runescape, 5 for Mechscape, 2 for FunOrb.

Remaining rsc traits players ?
I could say the same for you, and your incessant whining about holiday items. No..Why?

Quest 150
I'll see you at Bounty Hunter to transfer that 1 mil, plus a 50% tax because you acted like a child about it. Get a clue.

What's the deal with hacking nowadays?
There's no such thing as hacking and cracking in Runescape. The servers have never been hacked, nor have they been cracked, otherwise people far higher leveled and more wealthy than yourself would be losing their account every day. People who lose their accounts can only be put into one of three categories: -They lost it to a keylogger -They lost it to an easy password/pin -They willingly gave away the password. That puts you into one of three categories; bad with passwords, bad with computer security, too trusting with others, or a real world trader looking to have your account powereleveled.

Runescape's future population
Because you've played the game, seen the game, or know anything about the game other than the name and a few tidbits, and can make a complete judgement that the game, much like the surname "scape" will be an exact copy of Runescape. Makes complete sense.

Several Runescape Upgrade Suggestions
That is now a REALLY good suggestion! But weather in the graphic options. Why didn't I think of that? :-) It would take a bot programmer about ten minutes to get around that, if even that long. All it would do is annoy legit players while bots would just switch to inverted mode and continue onward.

Several Runescape Upgrade Suggestions
Forums: That's going to happen. Well, it is on FunOrb this week, I believe Runescape will follow in the future. 2. Not a bad idea. 3. There is. I think. 4. I think they'd have to upgrade the systems for that. Runescape can't handle a clan list, let alone a mail system for player to player. 5. The game would look really bad full screen on low detail. 6. Yes 7. How would you want it sorted? 8. Or they could have weather in a graphics option. Why does everything need themed worlds? Why should I have to play on a certain world because my computer runs better than others? This is the same as people saying we should have HD worlds before that came out, it makes absolutely no sense. Put it in the graphics options. 9. Fishing has this without taking away the window. I don't see why not. 10: Hmm

Treasure Trails: Difficulty = Reward
The sixteen was an exxageration, but this is how my procession went with my latest level 3 clue scroll: -The castle in 54 wilderness -Double Agent -Back to 54 wilderness -Monk in Duel Arena -Nardah near the cacti -Slider puzzle -Another slider puzzle -Queen of Etcetaria -And finally a chat with the monk again I am not very good at sliders, especially two in a row. I misspoke, that was a level 2 clue that I received adamant from. As Draconic would tell you, I'm obviously not the only apparently so stupid as to mix up two keys right next to one another on the keyboard.

Treasure Trails: Difficulty = Reward
Treasure Trails are one of the only aspects of Runescape I know of where effort does not equal return. You could do a sixteen part treasure trail and still end up getting a few purple sweets and maybe a mithril dagger, while someone else gets lucky and has an easy trail leading them to some third age armor. Note: I am not suggesting that treasure trails be made easier or drop higher stuff more often My suggestion is that the drop be generated when you get the clue scroll, and the difficulty of the drop should be coherent to the value of the items. For example: I just finished doing a level 3 clue scroll. Here was my journey: -Three double agents -Two level 54 wilderness coordinates, both in the same spot right near the Chaos Elemental -The Troll slider puzzle, twice in a row -Normal anagrams All in all, I had about 9 clue scrolls before I finally got my prize of: -28 rune bolts -13 purple sweets -a magic longbow -Guthix Page 1 A total value of 87k for a venture that took me several hours. I could've stayed at gargoyles and gotten twice that much per trip. I've had even more difficult and lengthy level 3 treasure trails that resulted in 10 purple sweets and some adamant armor. In conclusion Treasure Trails are a waste of time for the 99% of us who don't get out-of-this-world luck with drops, and go against the idea that the more time you invest in something in Runescape, the better return you will receive. I should be able to know that if a clue scroll is going on for a long time and is taking me to dangerous areas and has a lot of challenge, that something big is coming.

Quest 150
I think the new lores and histories article is more than enough of a hint that the finale of the Goblin quest, whether or not it is the 150th, is definitely coming soon.

Why do people look down on skill capes?
I still believe you should have a harder 99 in order to look down on someone else's 99. If you're going to say that the quest cape isn't hard, you should have one yourself. If you're going to talk down to someone that has accomplished something, no matter how small you think it is, you should've at least accomplished something equal or better, otherwise you come off as the hobo calling the small business owner a failure.

Well there goes another meter. You owe me fifty bucks.

High ranking players not as "nerdy" as we think?
I get called a nerd a lot, not because of my skills but because of my knowledge of Runescape, be it lore or locations. I have a near-photographic memory, I can recall things people said to me 10+ years ago, down to what they were wearing at the time, so I have no problem remembering, say, how to finish Heroes quest that I did 3 years ago, off the top of my head, or who Doctor Ford was. That being said, my grades are....well, my social life....Umm....Anyway. If you look outside you'll find a diversion I've set up for you while I escape through this hatch.
-
were do you think you'll be in the next 2-3 year's?
I want to have maxed out combat by then, all melee 99's, and maybe one or two other 99's (fishing). That or I'll be murdered by a pack of angry Runescapers after Bounty Hunter is retired about a year from now and I tell them to "get over it".

Bandits.
They didn't "add in" afk'ing as a feature, people who do it are circumventing features to make sure you don't afk-train. People need to stop justifying things like bug abuse and afk-training by saying Jagex put it in for them to use; they didn't, and that's why they ban for it. So no, your analogies don't work. Also; if Jagex wanted to kill AFK'ing once and for all, they could just make it so a certain key no longer logs after you press it for X seconds (IE: wedging the left arrow button won't affect the game after 10 seconds) forcing the people to be at the computer anyway.

Lores and Histories: The Chasm of Lights
It's about how Zanik first met Juna, and sets up to the Dorgeshuun getting their first glimpse of humanity. This all takes place before the adventurer (your character) completes Tears of Guthix.

Jagex, the Antichrist
I'm going to hit the buzzer here. That wasn't on the front page, that was hidden away in the pking section of the forums. It was a statement by a Jmod who clearly didn't know what the hell he was talking about, and was rectified only a few days later. Any update that helps any part of the economy will have an adverse affect somewhere on someone, that's a basic law of economics and is impossible to get around.

Mod MMG's Ingame Behind the Scenes
Whenever Mod MMG speaks on behalf of Jagex, I always picture a parent apologizing to a room while beating their kids into submission for being so unruly out of line.

Mod MMG's Ingame Behind the Scenes
This could be part of the plan. You're backed into a corner by a pack of vicious orks from Fairy Tale part 2, they ascend upon you with cleavers held high, ready to strike you down in a blaze of gore. Out of the corner of your eye, you see a flash of light, as the orks crumble to the ground. You squint your eyes as you behold your savior: Player: omg....Jesus? Jesus: Yes my son. Now, as one who has not sinned, ye shall cast the first stone *Jesus presents you with an easter basket and a dozen chocolate crosses* Player: What does this have to do with casting stones? Jesus: I dunno, lol. Just take it. I've got like a million of em. Player: Wait! What is the meaning of life? Jesus: Sorry, gotta go take out the trash. I'M COMING, JESUS FREAKING CHRIST. And that's how the easter event will go.

Would you rather have BTS or the DD or the SoP?
If Jagex would actually release more than one Development Diary per year, I would prefer those. They say that DD's will be released like a blog, whenever the team has something to say, except they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY. Jagex is going to lose support in the community if they keep making promises and then retracting them. It wasn't too long ago that they promised Behind the Scenes would be revamped, didn't follow through with it past the first month, and then scrapped them altogether. Until then, I would rather have Behind the Scene's back. I've always said that if Jagex wants to stop delaying things, they should have everything finished and tested BEFORE it is announced in the behind the scenes. Like Mobilising Armies. The way they've handled the release is like a chef making up a meal of steak, veggies, potatoes and a nice salad. It's not until he rings the bell and puts the food up for the waiter to take that he realizes that everything's been sauteed in medical waste. So obviously he has to take it back and do some major cooking changes. And the whole time, the customers are wondering how the hell he didn't notice he was cooking in FREAKING MEDICAL WASTE. Seeing some of the oversights made by the QA team, I was getting the feeling that the entire Quality Assurance team had put in their two weeks and was basically doing a "yea, don't give a [bleep]" attitude. Like when you buy a car and realize that there's no engine inside of it.
