that works for me as well. some experts say reading in dim light helps. do that for 10 min and you should be fine. That either makes you sleepy or gives you a horrible headache... Dunno if its worth it. a horrible head ache of warm milk :o then you are allergic for something in the milk i think and in dutch it is called anijs i dont know what it is in english but put "anijs" in the warm milk

I know got this feeling you live in Holland, not? What i'm gonna be.. I seriously wouldn't know i'm 13 years old and I have plenty of time to think about it. It is great in holland after you get fired you get paid 70% of your last payment so i get a good job that pays around 35% aboth average and i can live further with a normal payment :)

i have been to denmark germany france belgium zwitserland liegtenstein austria and going to italy next summer i speak dutch and englsih fluently and i can get away with france and german but just talking no goodgrammar not even in dutch :cry: maiden language is dutch

Well i live in the netherlands i like it here because we can get legal drinks at the age of 16 8-) and you can get weed very easy here but i dont do that the bad side is the tax is way too high petrol prices are also too expensive and the cheapest stores for hardware are way over priced because if you go shopping in luxembourg you can get things almost 5 times cheaper sometimes and even more :shock:
