Unless he wants to get it for the computer. Which I would highly suggest, seeing as TF2 has a much larger group of people, plus keyboard+mouse make Portal easier to control. I absoultely love it, and it's definitely worth the small amount of money (considering it's 5 games if you don't already have HL2). It has been stated before, and I'll say it again: It's worth it just for Portal, one of the most innovative games to have come out in a while. It may be short, but it's an excellent experience. And TF2 is just an overall excellent online FPS. So, as long as you like FPS's, then I'd say get it.

Yea, more than anything about it I love how it plays on different current events. It can be extremely funny at times, but definitely crude and offensive. Only adds to it for me though. I do wonder how they came up with Kenny dieing every episode though :?: Make Love Not Warcraft ftw.

Bruce Lee, definitely. I like my action movies to be serious, and Bruce Lee has some amazing skillz. I still like Jackie Chan, though.

Door A, without a doubt. Books, Guitar, Food, and Weed. After I got out, I'd be an uber smart guitar hero with a whole bunch of hit songs. 20 years without any other people around would be pushing it, but I think I could make it through. The clone could play my favorite songs on guitar, clone of Jimi Hendrix FTW (naked though...I'd have to ask the people for some clothes, tell the clone to put them on).

Ok, I'll give some info on the "other band" to get this topic going kinda. Blind Faith, Clapton first wanted to start it with Steve Winwood of Traffic I believe, and wanted nothing to do with Baker. Problem was that Winwood actually wanted Baker in the band, therefore he was. Didn't last long because Clapton was more interested in their opening act or somethin, forget the name of the other band. Anyone feel free to add onto this. Hopefully we can get back on track, someone earlier mentioned maybe a "finish the lyrics" or info type game, so that'd be cool. :)

I don't listen to/watch much comedy, but from what I've heard I have a few that I think are pretty funny: Richard Pryor Steve Martin Eddie Murphy Bill Hicks Ron White Least faves: Dane Cook (I haven't heard much, but when I did actually watch some of his stand up I didn't find it very funny at all) Larry the Cable Guy Didn't really care much for Lewis Black either, but a bit of his stuff was ok.

Offensive, funny, and simply stupid. It's an excellent show! :thumbsup: It's offensive to all races/religions/chickens. And it's also extremely funny...many, though, get tired of the type of comedy in the form of flashbacks though I think. I dunno, imo it's a great way to express the comedic part of the show. It can be pretty raunchy (I got the fifth season a few days ago, and they do actually use f**k and many other words, which I was surprised about...also, in one episode they had a nude picture of Peter from waist down, I was like "zomg wtf?", was not expecting that). It only adds to the humor though, especially when it's Stewie using all the language.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you just labeled Cream as a 1970's metal band? EDIT: And where's my "info" on Klaatu? :( And of cores also 1960s Well yes, Cream was only active in the late 60's, but they're a complete opposite of metal. And I'd hardly call AC/DC or Zeppelin "metal", more of hard rock/blues.

I was surprised that I didn't ask for any games this year, guess there just weren't any I wanted. I also went out today and bought an 80gb iPod Classic, though that doesn't really have anything to do with Christmas.

I have a question to the people that use/have used pot: Is it really that great of a feeling? The reason is, I have a couple friends that have tried it and one really enjoyed it, the other enjoyed it a bit, but said that it wasn't all that great. I'm actually going to have a chance to try it in the near future, but I'm just not sure that it'd be worth the money/risk. I've been leaning towards at least trying it once, just so that I know what it's like, what's you guys' opinion?

I've got the main part of the song down for Voodoo Child by Jimi Hendrix, but I doubt I'll be able to replicate the solo's throughout, so I guess I'll just try and make up my own. I hope to learn Lazy by Deep Purple fairly soon. Also Awakening by Jefferson Starship. Guess my favorite song to play right now is Voodoo Child or Good Times Bad Times.

Haha, tonight a friend and I were doing some prank calls and I remembered Battletoads, so we called a few Chinese restaurants and it was pretty funny. Then we called Taco Bell and when we asked the guy working if they had the Battletoad toys yet, he said "You mean those things from that Super Nintendo game?" :x Anyways, for some reason my friend called him a noob, the guy started arguing about how he was so great at all these games and hung up. Not the greatest prank call ever, but at least it was entertaining.

I'll go see it, it looks like my kinda story. Plus, Tim Burton + Jonny Depp...it'll probably be great. :D
