You can do a WAY better outfit with an 11m budget. Heck, to make a spectacular looking costume, you dont need any money at all. Just have to be good in guessing what color matches what. Mixing light blue and dark blue... well, it looks kind of odd. 4/10 from me.

His previous "achievements" include taking 2 other tifers santa hats. I've been told this whole forum knows about that. Still, it's better to confirm than rumor. On the 5th of November, he whom we have deemed guilty, abused my best friend Harry's trust. He claimed to sincerely need it to merch more pure essence to shoot for 91 rc. But he hasn't gained any rc xp since then. :-k When I accidentally bumped into him a few days later, he had already taken me off friends list or had pchat off. I asked him when he would return Harrys money. He started to wildly defend himself, accused me of thinking he is a scammer and whatnot. Also promised to return the money in a week. That hasn't happened. His clan chat is offline, he hasn't shown his face since then also. It would be half the victory, if that piece of [cabbage] thief gets banned from TIF. -.- Here are pics that show the actual trade.
