I use super attacks sometimes. Only super pot i really have around from training herblore. I found a ton of newt eyes a long time ago so I had plenty of then to train with. Other than that I don't use any. I don't make them much, adn I never buy pots. Sometimes I use some super str if i make them :P

If you don't think they are worth doing, then don't do them. It's that simple. They are a gamble, that you always win (unless you buy a bunch of stuff to do it). *slaps you* STOP IT!! Does that help? Good job on deciding to quit smoking. I can't really offer much help, as I have never smoked. But I see all sorts of gums and patches like that, do those help? Maybe ask a family or someone to you know to help you through it somehow. Start chewing some more gum or sunflower seeds. My dad started using sunflower seeds for awhile to help him quit chewing tobacco.

I usually only look if something about them stands out to me. Or if I'm bored and looking for someone to mindlessly babble at. I miss a lot of HYT's cuz I don't watch the chat screen either, lol.

I don't really do farm runs, but I plant whatever random trees I have in my bank, pay the farmer to watch it, and hope I remember to go back and deal with it more later.

I think that would be a great way to get to 63 herblore! Maybe sell what you grew and made, and buy some herbs with the money if you want to go faster...
