Well that should certainly cut down on the amount of public chat in the game. Can't they just block "gf" and "bf" and be done with it? No moron is going to sell Obsidian Capes for Tokkul. Waste of money, it's the second-best cape in the game. The demand for Obsidian Capes and Obsidian Shields is too high to waste for Tokkul. I would. I think I'm gonna have to go get those gloves now..They even look pretty cool.

this got me really curious... i know that operated differantly back then but jagex would never offer a monetary reward for information like that would they? My question is to anyone who happened to be around back then: What exactly WAS the reward they were offering? was it in game money? items? real money? im just really curious... Something that also caught my attention was this page bank to bank trading? i wonder why they never did that? sounds like a splendid idea to me... B2B as it was called in rsc (man I love being old-school) was ditched because Jagex decided having hundreds of ppl trying to trade in the bank would be very crowded...Instead they introduced notes. The reward was a lie also. I can't remember it was either lifetime members or year supply of free members. I recently bought my little brother a pin. The pin said "SOAD, Dare To Think Freely" (SOAD= System Of A Down, a band) The first poster here needs to know that. Just because Jagex releases these things doesn't mean you have to go do them. You can still have your own goals. And as said before, you do not have to do them, they are an option. A chance to obtain some new gloves, and the advantages that go with them. I think the update is pretty cool. I probably won't ever get around to ever doing them all, but it is cool none-the-less.

All the time. I get tired of trying to sell something, so i look at what people are saying they will sell it for, and go a little lower. Or, when I bought my dragon chain, they were selling for 23m at the time. I tried for a bit to get for 23, then said "Buying dragon chain, 25m -spoof" flooded with trade requests.
