I have some rsc screenshots, but I only started a year after Runescape first came out, and didn't start taking screenies until later. If you're lucky, I'll go to the trouble of getting them hosted someplace. Edit: Never mind, all my screenshots are after report abuse came out, and everybody has those. They're just not special.

I wonder if anybody in the game has completed this yet. I'm still very curious about what the reward is. I hope the reward sucks, then I don't have to go to this trouble to get it.

I've known this for a long time, I always go to crowded worlds to gather herblore ingredients, for example. But strangely enough, I've met someone with 99 herblore, who didn't know this. How can you reach 99 herblore, if you don't even know where to get the best spawns? Even if she bought the level, she must have done some gathering herself.

How many people are usually at dag kings on world 2? I'm considering going to kill prime (since it's so hard to find mud staves on the market, message me if you're selling) and I don't know many people who'd be willing to go and try.

Coupled with soul crafting, this would be awesome, and it's good already. Curse training can only get you 30-40k xp an hour, but that's already pretty good. And now it's basically free. But the question is: Can you make it mystic? And does it have the same stats as other battlestaves/mystic staves?

Every time I hear a story about someone using dragon and Guthan at the same time, it ends badly. My friend lost chain the same way, and he doesn't have nearly as much leftover wealth as you do. I'd rather just pay more upkeep than risk all that. Guthan has more def than dragon anyway, and you save inventory space.

It's good to see most people here are killing it, that gives me more hope. I've actually only given the game two serious tries, and only reached the 702 once. I'll get around to it eventually, part of it is I never know when I'll have two uninterrupted hours.

Thanks for the tip about the healers, that should help. But I still think I'll be in too much of a panic to do several things well at the same time. I really wish I didn't have to spend 2 hours for one chance at it. Getting to the 702 with 5 prayer pots (4) and 8 sharks proves I'm capable of reaching him. We should be allowed to go back in against the 702 with the inventory we had when we died, for 1k tokkuls or something like that.

What happened to Markkei is exactly what happened to me. I had the right prayers on for the start, then healers came. It seems like they had him fully healed after just a few seconds. I tried to kill healers, but between killing healers and changing prayers I didn't do either job well. Do healers keep coming at a fixed rate, or do they only come a few times? If they never stop coming, I don't feel like I could kill them fast enough to win that fight. Ever. How many people have actually killed it without the safe spot? I'm guessing none.

Thanks for the video Mahatma, that lets me know what to expect. I was worried that he attacks faster than that, this shows you at least have some time to switch. The way your mouse moves shows you were pretty nervous, when I get there I know my heart will be pounding away too.

I don't have a Karil's crossbow, could I use magic short and rune arrows? Aside from losing more valuable ammo, will this cause any problems? I'd better do this while this soon while the safe spot is still there. Safe-ish, anyway.

So both the 360's and the 702 just stand still and shoot you? Does the 702 alternate between attacks? If not, how can you know when to switch prayer? I'm asking a lot of questions because I need the most exact information possible for a chance at getting this cape.

Do you know for sure that the ring of stone doesn't help at all? This is the only reason I bought it, I guess I have to sell then. If there's no safe spot for the 702, how do you avoid getting in melee range? Do the safe spots work for the 360's?

Did other people say you're invisible? It was probably just your computer.

Good work. Know what I would suggest, next time someone wants to throw money away spectacularly? Get a rune smither to make you all the rune throwing knives you can afford. Better yet, super poison them. And then just go crazy.

I remember that too, it was a community news post back when there was a community category, it must have been in RSC. I think the person who died was 80+ years of age and ranked in the top 20 players. I'm only 17 myself, but I'm good friends with a mother of two sons around my age, and I've known someone in the late 30's for years by now.

:lol: Good story. By the way, talk to the dwarf, and you can buy the four pieces for 750k... One more thing, I'm surprised I'm not the only 116 who hasn't had a cannon.

They definitely need to free up the names of unused accounts. I currently know the passwords to three accounts, and I've created at least 4 or 5 other accounts in the distant past, taking up pretty decent names, forgetting the passwords (and most names), and preventing their use by others. It's unused, untrained accounts like these that should be deleted so new people can make them. Edit: I just thought of something. If I knew what the default recovery questions for RSC were, there's a one percent chance I could get one of those lost 4 or 5 back. Anybody know for sure?

Hm, too bad I wasn't around the computer when bunny ears were dropped. Or when scythes were dropped. Or when any holiday item was dropped, ever. Despite having played since around when easter eggs were dropped. Oh well, I don't pk anyway. Now I'll leave you with this image. Use it for inspiration.

I think all my mimes and mazes have been during combat. I think I've had two mimes just fighting iron drags. I've got full mime and lean, which is a shame since I'd rather have the emotes.

I just did about 80 drag bones there, and dropped my tokens. I didn't even want to waste the inventory space holding onto those.
