  2. Two places that quickly come to mind is westminster abby and the museum that holds michelangelo's famous David sculpture. There are a few other places too, like shakespeare's globe theatre, but im not sure if your going there. Its illegal for a few reasons. For one, the various gallery's don't want you taking a really nice/professional picture of it and then turning around and making a few bucks off your images. Other places say that the flash harms the paintings. And at westminster abby, well the guy that runs it hates tourists (not kidding). Its typically not too much of a problem. Only once was a member of our group throw out of a place (he forgot to turn of his flash, took a picture in the midde of the sistene chapel, and was subsequently caught). I was caught a few times, but hey, I came back with pictures everyone wanted :P .
  3. I personally found that a smaller camera was easier to use in europe as it was less of a pain to lug around. Not to mention, in half the places you'll probably visit, picture taking is illegal. If you still wanted to take pictures there though (some do some don't, im not advocating either side), it would be a lot harder to do that secretly with a larger camera. One downside with a smaller camera though, is it often means less megapixels + a higher price. Thats all i can really add about the camera, as im realitively inexperience with them. One thing i'd suggest though, buy a extra battery for your camera and tons of extra photo cards (depending on how many megapixels your average picture is, and how many pictures you plan on taking (i took around 400), i'd suggest about 1 gig).
  4. pixelgasm :P

It speaks for itself. If you can't tell, he wants some "free stuff" =P .
  9. No, but lets just say you forget to attack someone one day... then i'll just deduct 5 points from your score lol. :P
  10. I just find it ironic in the fact that out of all the sites I frequent, the ones with a lower mean age have no rl picture rule. Tip it on the otherhand, a site where the majority of rl pictures taken will be posted in off topic, has a off topic community that is made predominantly of 16yr old'+. Not too long ago, I disclosed to forsakenmage where exactly I live in my home state of California. When I told her this, I was never repremanded or warned about my safety, no concern was even brought up. I can also understand those here who have kids, they would never want their kids security compromised. I also can understand that they can't watch there kids all the time, my parents had 4 kids, one who is special ed, I know that their time is stretched fairly thin. But, if you cared about your kids, you wouldn't have to watch them 24-7, instead you would have raised them up properly showing them what is and isn't proper conduct. Therefore, the kids that would post potentially harmful pictures of themselves, I have to wonder how deeply their parents care for them. No, I am not saying that just because certain kids arn't cared for properly, we as a community shouldn't care about them either. Im just questioning the logic behind locking and deleting a thread such as "rate my room".
  11. Dom is at 46 hp. Guys, this is going rather slow. How about if now (only on this game, at this point in time) if you don't attack someone once a day, the 5hp will automatically be deducted from your scored?
  12. Only because he saw this laying in the mud:
  13. I'd be willing to volunteer for the team, depending on exactly what it would require. Which leads me to ask, other than throwing out ideas for possible tournaments, what role would these users actually play in the development of tournaments?
  14. I understand your reasoning for not allowing rl pictures of yourself. But with that said, not allowing pictures of ones room is a bit too far. Where does the censorship stop? I know occationally people post pictures they've taken in media discussion as photography is a form of art. But, should we start censoring that too since often these pictures are taken of their hometown/surroundings?
  15. My favorite monster in rs would have to be imps. But there not really monsters... more like beautiful little angels :P
