  1. Like I clearly explained in my original post, it is CLEARLY not an exponential function. Check my post. And I'm not in grade 12 yet. Sophomores FTW! According to the formula as we know it, the function is a sum of exponentials, which is also exponential (the first time you're likely to come accross this result is in statistics, with regard to the normal distribution).
  2. he wasn't just casting ice barregs, he also used melee quit a lot, as you can see in the vid (wasn't there my self) and durial still isn't banned, i am starting to thing jagex isn't gana,nothing more than just a few days lock :? cool wel lets do some more bug abuse if thats the case If the abyss bug is anything to go by he will get banned, ( like a certain well known user of RV was), but there won't be a rollback.
  3. As someone said a few pages back, it''s basically the same as with the abyss death bug, where you could attack people by manually casting spells on them, and what with people being pre-skulled and having had their prayer drained, it was something of a death trap. There is no way jagex will do a roll back, I mean when have they ever?, no matter how serious the bug is.
  4. White feet are probably white mystic boots.
  5. Yes, i'm 89 so it works for me.
  6. With most things yes, there are however a few items that give more exp per plank... there are? which ones? Read the knowledge base entry for the skill hall carefully. If you make the cw armor stand, then remove it, you get your armor back. So thats 2 oak planks lost for 135 exp. (more than 60 exp per plank) Personally I have been making the addy armor stand but thats the general idea. It's only 7.5xp per log extra, and factoring in the much longer time needed to do that, that's not really efficient. The addy stand is 150 construction and 150 smithing exp per 2 oak logs.

  10. Plank (+ nail) ~29 (28.75?) Oak Plank = 60 Teak Plank = 90 Mahogany plank = 140 Cloth = 15 Thats from the Parlour on the knoledge base. Also steel bar = 20 Clay = 10
  11. Have you looked at the treasure room section yet? It contains RS's most expensive exp. Name:Steel dragon (Level 246) Construction Level:95 Materials:Coins x 10,000,000 Function:Aggressively defends the treasure room Exp:3162
  12. At what time do you do you not want a huge lag causing update? when you are four fiths of the way through the fight caves, so i gues i'll be waiting to tommorrow before I log in again :(
  13. You called? And as bubsa said it's not workable, for one thing, all you'd have to do is make a new account to get on it.
  14. Which approximation from page 2 are you comparing to? Yours, the constants are not so awkward is what I mean when I say "slightly more useful (well computation friendly)".
  15. My approximation is slightly more useful (well computation friendly) than the one on page 2. Let X be the experiance then the level Y is aproximatly given by Y = FLOOR( 50 + 7 * (LN( X / 101333) / LN(2) ) ) Valid for X => 101333 (level 50 or higher) or Y = CEILING( 50 + 7 * (LN( X / 101333) / LN(2) ) ) valid for 7028 <= X < 101333 (between levels 24 and 50) for X < 7028 it gets inaccurate. It is also slightly off at the very edges, i.e. it's liable to say that 1475579 is level 77 instead of 76. (LN( X / 101333) / LN(2) ) is of course just the logarithm to base two of (X/101333) but my calculator doesn't have that so I did it the long way.
  16. Jagex's methods of detecting multiple logins are not the last time I was a aware (and personally I doubt they've changed) are not based in anyway shape or form on your IP address, and having multiple people logged on different machines behind a router poses no risk whatsoever.
  17. Ruby and Saphire are both forms of Al2O3, the various colours of saphires come from the impurities(chromium, iron, vanadium and titanium), ruby in particualar is Al2O3 with a small(1/20th of a percent or so iirc) amount of chromium.
  18. Obsidian is, as already noted, a form of volcanic glass, formed from rapidly cooled lava, it's mainly (generally two thirds or more) composed of silicon dioxide SiO2, so I really don't have a clue where all this carbon came into the matter from. As for the interlacing nonsense, granite and obsidian are seperated only by the speed of cooling, granite just cooled down slow enough to form a crystalline structure, while obsidian didn't and as such is amorphous. Paw, if I were you, i'd lay off the heavy science for a while, it does not seem to agree with you. Oh and Zonorhc density generally isn't relevant to the melting points of materials, the strength of the bonds in the material on the other hand is.
  19. With regards to the last bit of the quote, Jagex really have been their own worst enemy with getting help, with actions such as banning question seeking threads. In particular, Swarmsnapper's "I know where anything is" sticky thread, which staffed by him, Trenmor, Joel, me and others, generally provided fast accurate answers to questions in 'locations'. The result of this meant you just had all the repeated spam threads that required alot more effort to keep up with and reduced the willingness of serial helpers(long live altruism). But I can't really see the knowlegde base, after the initial buzz has worn off, either affecting the popularity of fansites, or the number of stupid querys/forum posts jagex gets, after all the number of times the simplest answer to their questions was "look in the manual" or "look at the map" I lost count of a very long time ago. On the upside, for a while at least, perhaps people won't ask where you get a 'lava' cape from.
  20. with gloves, fire cape... and fury ammy... over powered pl0x? Fire cape gives less magic bonus than a god cape, and wizard boots are probably just as good as inifinity boots.
