There were soo many people there, never saw that many at one place and there was so much lag. Got 1 hour late and found a rune battleaxe and 20 maple longbows right after I logged in. :D also got 3 defence and 2 strength ammy's and some more stuff.

Yes this isn't the best way and I figured that out after some posts here. I made this topic because I always have the public chat, private chat and trade/compete option on. So I didn't know about it. And as the title said, it was just a theory.

My questions would be. 1. Why did you start playing Runescape. 2. Did Jagex send you a mail or something when you reached the top. 3. Do you always check new updates out. Like for example, did you try and get a D2H when they released it. 4. How big is your friends list. 5. How big is your ignore list. 6. If Jagex would ask you to make up the 100th quest, would you accept it. 7. What new thing would you like to see in Runescape. 8. What are your current thoughts on the Runescape rares economy. 9. Did you ever had a moment where you wanted to quit Runescape because something bad happend to you. 10. Would you be honored if Jagex want to make a memorial of you in the game(for example a statue, quest, note).

Ah yes, haven't thought of the private chat function. So when you set the private chat function to friends/off they won't see who added them to there contact list? If that's the case then I think this topic can be closed.

While i was about to go essence mining in Varrock it came to my attention that there were many low level players there with the same looks. After 2 walks they started to talk and someone said "selling rune essence 5gp each". So I walked to him and wanted to trade, but he didn't accepted my offer. After a couple of tries I added him to my contact list and wanted to send him a private message, but strangely enough when I had just added him I didn't get a message that says 'person' logged in. In fact he stayed offline the whole time but he was standing right next to me. Then a idea popped up, I had added a couple of players to see if they had the same reaction and, just like I thought, they stayed in the offline state. Here are 2 pics with proof: As you can see on the mini map, there also aren't any green dots which actually should be there. I think this will be a good and fast way to identify autoplayers. I also want to ask if some of you want to test this and to confirm it. PS: Sorry for any spelling/grammer errors, this isn't one of my strongest points(even in my own language :roll: ).

Of course, as being currently F2P I would love to have fletching or any other P2P skill like thieving. But, I still say NO. Aren't you happy that we have been given the option to smith our own weapons and armor, craft the basic runes for free etc. It is to bad that ranging is left behind with this, but at least you can have up to maple long/short bows. If I remember correctly we F2P used to have only up to oak or willow bows. If it wasn't for that update almost no one would have used ranging. Even if Jagex SHOULD release for some stupid reason make Fletching F2P most people will still be complaining that they don't want to get fletching all the way up to level 60 to fletch there own addy arrows etc. Eventually it will only lead to chaos and destruction because they want more, more and more. Any other reason has already been said. You are right, everyone will shut up then about free updates. And maybe then Jagex will release a F2P update because they haven't compained about a P2P thingy that they want. No not by making P2P skills F2P but just those thiny little updates for example crafting our own studded leather or something like that. Heck I would be happy if I can craft a coif. Aren't you happy that you still see some light in Runescape. Like when you go to there website and they still haven't announced that the game will goes P2P and have removed the F2P function. That satisfies my needs the most. More than a update which states that runescape is giving F2P the change to defeat the mighty Kalphite queen.

I use a program called StyleXP. It can do many things like changing your bootscreen and log on screen.

This firefest rocks. I had a great time. There weren't many who joined us at the pk trip and even less survived the clan who attacked us. After the attack a small group of around 6 players roamed around killed a few players etc. Got killed myself by 2 people cause I wanted to end it. Here are some more screenies to enjoy:

Just got one while cutting willows under Draynor Bank in world 52. Here's the pic: As of typing this, someone else just got the frog event.

My first time I got the Sandwich Lady, she gave me a kebab. And when I ate it, it did 3 damage to me, with a result I had only 4 hp left (I got attacked by the Zombie by burying bones and didn't got food with me at that time). The second time she gave me a Baquette, didn't know what it was but I picked the right thing.

This is a great idea. Lots of players will enjoy this. To bad it won't work well with F2P but you can add me to the list of supporters.
