for the most part, this scripted event is mostly useful to disrupt your fighting every dang time when they want to swap however, there are certain...interesting behaviors displayed when you force them to switch to melee about: gender in this specific case, since the npc is a woman, the npc is a woman full stop If the NPC is a woman, but says they were previously male, then they had changed genders in-cannon, making this the first in-cannon gender swap that it outside of 'funny'. Make over Mage was funny,,, this is real.

Shield dome should have a 2 minute timer so you know when you get the full effect again. You also shouldn't be able to have someone use the spell near you to remove your first 25%. I would much rather see it as a 0 adr basic ability with a 2 minute cooldiwn and 30 second channel

In the bts video, didn't they have a clip with the elves outside the max guild? Me thinks they previously had a requirement of a single 99 for this quest.

Check the revo bars in the wiki. Sclice is the lowest damage basic ability for melee. Rather than doing your most powerful basic ability first, you are going to end up using your least damaging on every other attack.

I think a better way to assist you with getting up to speed is to go to the combat academy. It is a very good basic ability for general usage... 110% damage is pretty good. On slayer targets though (minus some boss monsters) it hits your slayer level, if it hits. As you are 84 slayer Yehoshua I, it will always hit 8400 if it does hit

Zerk and adr pot, thresholds, natural instinct and zerk, thresholds, repeat forever as your ultimate ability rotation

Void at gwd isn't ideal. As a result you take a lot more damage. I've only ever used t90 power armor.. done both ways via mage and melee.. Mage kills are a tad bit slower, but you use almost no food as a result. Melee are super fast, but as a result you take more damage if you don't position yourself right for AOEs. Healing almost 3k from a well timed sacrifice while under vamp scrimshaw and zerk is very satisfying. Use scythe and malevolent.
