If you are going to be able to send out voyages at 8PM eastern time, and also again at 7AM eastern time in the morning, get the rudder first. If you are only able to send ships once a day, save the rudder for last.

We should be able to convert noted ess one way into runespan ess that we can use to make runes we can take out, with perhaps slightly less xp. That would mean you would train for xp our fir runes

Did some nex last night on the beta. What I can tell, blood phase is significantly harder as melee, because you cant queue abilities when running. Actually any boss you need to melee and do any kind of running is harder. The rest is much easier, though. Soaking from armor plus more hp, plus adr not draining from eating... much easier.

Point one You will not get a solo unless you first learn how to do the boss in a group, and then in a duo, and then some tanking. Anyway, for gear.. 1. Very minimum, drygores or seismics with ascensions or chaotic. 2. very minimum again, torva/pernix/virtus depending on weapons. Actually, t90 armor costs less than the t80, so go with that 3. lvl 95 prayer 4. knowledge. you aren't going to pop down and do a solo. Nex is not a "click it and wait" boss. :p

Semi-related:A friend and I were testing methods at hardmode Bandos and managed to duo 30 kills and only stopped when he had to leave for IRL reasons. It's the same method my brother and I use to guarantee no-food kills at Saradomin. Also discovered what to do to not get hit by his "Smash" attack. You don't even see the rocks or have to run. IDK if 30 is good compared to what you can wrack up (hardmode Bandos isn't an average topic), but that was without a shield (which would help). So long as you're not in LS, I could get you that stone. ;). EXPLAINNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

also, the ghostcrusher my main complaint about dragon items is that when they started out, they were too expensive for a tier that nobody was going to stay at for very long, while barrows gear outclassed it in several ways while being more affordable overall since they were all devalued by time and circumstance, that part's not really true anymore, but dragon items in general have fallen out of favor long before they managed to get the rest of them released I disagree. Back around 2006-2008, barrows items were a lot better, yes, but dragon items were far more affordable and more powerful. Armor, yes. Barrows hands down beat dragon because it wasn't so crazy rare. Weapons, no. Before the whip, d scimmy, long, and dagger were the best and most used. Whip came out, and they were still a good second. Barrows weapons were only used by people with the set. Guthans, veracs, and dharoks. The rest weren't generally used. Karils was the best in game, but also the most costly, seconded by crystal bow or msb. Ahrims... well.... And torags was cheap and decent.

If you get close to that number, you have to farm cabbages to fill in that extra xp. All hail Brassica!

The only way I can see them making dragon weapons worth while, without making their special attacks OP, would be to allow players to upgrade them, like the "soul weapons" they were talking about in inventor. Some kind of upgrade to get them to t80-95, while being untradable, and lost on death. Some kind of upgrade that would take a moderately long time to get, that can't be ground, and is more of a D&D that happens while you use it. Obviously, items from drops and not store bought wouldn't be as powerful, making them super valuable.

Not totally sure but it SEEMS like we're getting higher quantities of normal loot from rago. (I got 45 and 47 onyx bolts in 2 drops, when the wiki says he drops 20-40). My friend got 38 grimy torstols. It looks like some drops are doubled (four dstone instead of two from kk), and drop RATE of the goodies is doubled too

Ashdale had a giant tentacle monster in it... Ancient combat has tentacle themed abilities... I've seen enough anime to know where this is going
