i admit that a lot of legit players will lose a lot of gp due to this update. but, as in real life, moneymaking is based on adaptability. you have to be willing to change to compensate for the fluidity of the market to make it, as well as willing to work hard. macroers are a big problem and if this update helps to combat the problem, then im all for it.

i think ive been playing about 4 years, i remember playing for quite a long time before i got my bunny ears.

its against forum rules to name names in posts. even if you are 99% sure theyre macroing. theres still 1% of doubt.

i suppose this is an alteration to the game, it should really be in the suggestions section. however, i think this might be impractical. if jagex are to investigate each reporting incident fully then it is a little awkward for them to invest 3x the current time in each induvidual case if you take into account the vast number of reports that actually come in. also spending 2/3 minutes of their time on the innumerous false reporting incidents would be a total waste of time. i can see where you are coming from, and in a perfect world id agree, but its just a little impractical.

having a certain amount of fletching f2p would also give another path to the otherwise dead end skill of woodcutting. so, you can cut trees down... simply to burn the wood? buh?! it would add new incentives for people to woodcut.

it does sound a little stupid them telling people not to advise people about the rules. when theres 5 people on an illegal thread saying the same thing "shouldve been posted on.. blah blah" then yeah, thats wrong, but if its just some friendly advice then i dont see the problem.

ive not particularly got much money or a good total or combat lvl for the amout of time ive been playing. but ive been f2p for the whole of it, never ripped anyone off, cheated or purposefully annoyed anyone in game. so i feel that ive got the high values that you spoke of. its nice to get some recognition! thanks dude.

this happens to me quite a lot. the floor turns black.. all the walls disappear (well.. most of them) and you can only see the people and other objects.. like trees and such. its surreal. when you move into a another area (it had to say "loading, please wait" or whatever") all is returned to normal.

well.. ive just finished mining 5k coal. and now im mining 2.5k iron and making 2.5k steel bars. yay for 1.8m shiny gold coins coming my way when im done!

my friend told me about it, and i came on with him. although he never plays anymore, i think ive been playing since about 01/02. Although im not entirely sure lol. i remember the days of yore, i chose to be a ranger right at the start...... and now... several years on... im lvl 26 range. lol. Im a super ranger.. :roll:

it sucks that you got ripped off like that. but as has been mentioned its probably a breach of security on your part. i love the idea of bank pins, but its likely this screenshot thingy will find a way around them, thats not to say we wont be able to find yet more ways of protecting our accounts

i hate having the numbers after my name: xavier666 it seems so unoriginal. like once xavier had gone my brain just died to i whacked the keyboard and these random numbers appeared. (it wouldve been weird if i had done that and 666 came up... but thats a whole other story) unfortunatly i dont think its posible to get a name change.

woah froman, lighten up. it takes a long time to produce these kind of large updates, especially after christmas and new year (the devs are people too!).
