  1. I don't really like ranging, but I'm ranging right now. But I'm not a big fan of mining, either. But I need only 1 level to 85, so I'll go for that at some point. And I haven't used a hatchet since well before they were known as hatchets. Although, I don't mind woodcutting. I prefer fishing and magic. That's why I vowed not to touch them until my other skills get up to a similar level.

Yestderday I went to work on half an hour sleep. I got home and took the puppy to the vet. I got home from that and watched tv until my sister got home with my panzerotti. I ate half of it and went to bed. Today, I wake up at 6. Go back to sleep until 8. Go back to sleep until 9, and again until 10. I finally get up and change a light bulb in my mom's room, and then get the dog some water. And now I'm on here. After this, I get to work from 3 to 11, more or less.
  3. I think we're talking about two kinds of "disgusting". There is the physically repulsive disgusting that you experience when you eat anchovies, then there is the mentally repulsive disgusting that you experience when you hear about rapists or murderers. There is nothing wrong with eating anchovies even though I personally think they are disgusting. Rape and murder is a different though - they are disgusting and wrong. I don't see anything wrong with homosexuality at all, but I just can't help but think "eww" when I see it much like the anchovies. I guess it depends on the atmosphere. In my school, girls can hug, kiss, spank, etc. but if a guy does that they are going to get made fun of. Unless you play sports. I don't know, even if you play sports kissing another guy might be a bit out there. I'm pretty sure spank was bolded for a reason, as it was most likely the one referred to. Although hugging is also done a lot in sports. Kissing is still a little weird, though.
  4. That isn't what this thread is about at all. It's about the "low" number of PvP worlds. Which unless they start filling up on a regular basis, I don't see as an issue.

    1. At 76 fishing? Might want to make that two books. 2. No. 1. Good to know. 2. Didn't think so. Sometimes, but 10 minutes isn't too bad at 69 fishing. It could be better but I have seen and experienced far worse.

A couple of questions for you... First, which one takes longer to complete? And second, is there any bad King novels?
  7. I don't mind skillers, in general. But I don't like the ones who think they're better than me because they are 113 levels lower with more 99s. In fact, I don't like anybody who thinks they're better just because they have 99s.
  8. I don't hide the fact I play it. My friends mostly played it back in RSC, and nobody else asks about computer games. I would name it in a list if they asked what I play online, though.
  9. cept for cooking and firemaking Yeah, I got 1M exp in cooking in a few hours. And I'm still about 70 levels away from the list...
  10. In the case of a thread like this, it is mostly for fun, to see what F2P wants. However, I do see too much complaining from my fellow free players about our content. I am quite happy with what we have, even though I would LIKE to see a few more things given to us.
  11. Self sufficiency is about collecting your own things, in this case. If you collect your own raw materials you are self sufficient because you are not relying on anybody else to get that stuff. I already said what I will buy, although I forgot about hatchets. I can't make rune yet, so I buy them. And I think it was an honest mistake missing the i, but maybe not. Again, because this question is asked as "Are you self sufficient?", there can be no wrong answer. Unless you aren't and say you are, or are and say you aren't. If it was asked "Would it benefit to be self efficient?" or something along those lines, your ideas and theories would be relevant.
  12. I'd put an endless sum of money on it, you find Male Homosexuals "disgusting", yet if you saw 2 Female Homosexuals you'd be shouting encouragement at them. If so, which it highly likely is......you're just an immature hypocritical [puncture]. I don't know about that. Straight girls can kiss each other on the cheek, go to the ladies room together, and change together but no one thinks anything of it. Guys can't get away with the same stuff. Besides, you can't help what you find disgusting. Guys can go to the washroom together and change together without it being considered abnormal. Guys don't go together to the washroom as much, but it still isn't... weird. And what about change rooms? I change in a group of 4 guys on a daily basis. The kisses on the cheek all depend on where you are or your ancestry, though.
  13. Funny, any clan wars I've seen or attended were about pride. I guess pride is a thing of the past.
  14. Because of the first word in the question, there is no right answer. Change it to "Should" and you might have a point. Because this is a GAME, the only thing that matters is the fun factor. Not "Comparative Advantage". I honestly don't want to max out fast, because then the fun factor drops. And when I no longer enjoy the game, I will have to find a new one. As for your 3 points at the end there, I am rich enough for my own liking, with only about 15M bankworth. I already do what I find fun. It is called skilling. And ultimately, I will end up with the same experience and levels as you, minus the P2P portions. Unless of course I can't finish due to some unforeseen occurence.
  15. You know this year is only half over, right? I would hold off on the criticisms until the end of the year. I don't know if it will get better, but for a F2Per like me, it has been pretty good.
  16. [hide=] Self sufficiency isn't about profits, nor is Runescape. The point of both is to have fun. If you like being self sufficient, you should be. If not, then buy the stuff. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, after all. Lol! Self sufficiency = not fun. How is doing something a 4 year old fun. If you like waisting your time, sitting infront of a tree bored out of your brains cause you dont understand how the game works do that. If you want to unlock all the game content and really have fun, use the GE. There actually is a right and wrong answer, and that is "do what is the most fun/efficient" do not waist your time to be "self suffiecint" 99 coking is 99 cooking if you fished the fish or didnt.. either way. I know this may seem wrong in many readers eyes. But in my years of playing, training one skill for a week is better than changing skills every 20mins. I am training slayer at the moment, I am going to be level 99, I use cannon in most cannonable tasks, why would i want to be "self suffiecit" and waste my time doing things such as making cannonballs, making my own potions, it works out better to sell all my herbs, buy pots, sell items like d boots in the GE and buy more cannonballs.... self sufficiency.. hmm yawns [/hide] Your idea of fun is not everybody's idea of fun. I personally enjoy fishing and woodcutting. And, no, I am not 4 years old. And, yes, I do understand how the game works. If you haven't noticed, the highscores are based on a thing called "experience", not networth. Therefore, experience is the thing to strive for in this game. EDIT: And there is still no wrong answer to this question, despite your attempt to show otherwise.
  17. Not enough people use them to keep all those extras. That is a fact. If properly organized, you shouldn't have to worry about extra groups getting involved. And if you really want to war, is there not a place specifically for that purpose?
  18. Self sufficiency isn't about profits, nor is Runescape. The point of both is to have fun. If you like being self sufficient, you should be. If not, then buy the stuff. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, after all.

Got up at noon, came online, went to a grocery store (didn't see anything I really wanted) and a bank, realized my wallet was on the computer desk, came home, watched I'm Starvin' (John Pinette standup act) and returned to online.
  20. Yeah that's getting your hopes up. Setting my standards a little too high, you think?

They had one for my workplace, but I didn't go. I hope what would have ben my team won.
  22. And hopefully the Leafs will get past the regular season
  23. It would be pretty cool if it was the future of the same world, but like the others before me, I think it will be a whole new world based on the information we know.
  24. It depends on the skill. In the case of mining/smithing, I will go for efficiency. Superheat as I go, getting more bars per trip. Runecrafting I will make the runes I will use most for magic, minds and airs (fire strikes, anyone?) Just about every other skill (keeping in mind I am F2P) I choose the fun and cheap methods.
  25. I didn't either, but I was convinced to read the books by a friend and read the first 6 in a couple of weeks of reading before bed. The 7th took a couple of days. I still don't see why people are obsessed with it, but I can say I liked it.
