  1. P2P pays for updates, so p2pers need cool things or else no one would pay and bye bye f2p + p2p. There more for showing the accomplishment than just for pure fun. I would suggest reading BloodKay's post a couple up from this one. Updates are not what you pay for. You pay for the pre-existing content, which is everything you currently have. The updates are a bonus, and nothing more. That is why all of these P2Pers complaining that they aren't getting their money's worth so far this year are incorrect. And skillcapes, if just for show, should have been made for both F2P and P2P, with F2P having a weaker but still good one. U do have a point about the weaker version, They could have a skill cape, but no bonus to pray/def. Just give it stats that are a little better than any other F2P cape and any of us will be happy. In fact, most would be happy with just the emote.

  3. Whether it is choice or not should make no difference.
  4. I know Crosby was barely involved in the series. I meant it was better because it showed that Crosby is, at best, just another player on the team. Of course, most of the post-game talk was about him, anyway.
  5. I know 3 F2Pers who currently wear rune they smithed themselves, so I would not be the only one if I could. From the RSOF: [hide=] [/hide] I bolded the parts I find most relevant. I agree with those saying F2P don't need them, but neither does P2P. They were meant more for fun than anything.

I slept until noon, went on the internet for a bit, and didn't really accomplish anything. Then I went to my room and played PS2 until my sister asked if I was going to the Drive-in. I went to the drive-in and watched Night at the Museum 2 and Land of the Lost. I got home and typed this. And soon I will go to bed.
  7. I didn't really find that one sad. A great movie, though.
  8. It all depends on what type of game you like. For me, the Wii is ideal, because I like the Mario and Zelda games. Wii mostly specializes in games for Nintendo faithfuls, although they have brough in some other games.
  9. I might end up going with a bunch of guys from work! If not, I'll be going with one or both of my sisters... But I'll be seeing this one early into its theatre run.
  10. Wow, they won it WITHOUT Crosby? That makes it even better!
  11. I've done worse. A couple of months ago I bought about 10 and watched 'em in a regular weekend.
  12. It's been 6 games and Hank is doing a hell of a job keeping Crosby off the scorecard ;) But I guess we'll see what happens But if the Penguins want even a chance in hell to win this game, Crosby and Malkin need to have at least 2 points each (hopefully goals, but assists are just as fine) Since my team is already out of the playoffs (Philadelphia) I just hope that the game is a 1 goal difference the whole time They need Staal going, too. They need that extra threat. But it is impossible to tell if Crosby will be able to break through Zetterberg. As much as I want Detroit to lose, and despite what I have been posting, I don't really expect Pittsburgh to pull it off. But crazier things have happened.
  13. Zetterberg can't keep a superstar like Crosby off the scoresheet forever. He is bound to get some points in Detroit eventually, and it COULD happen in game 7. Er... was I willingly supporting Crosby just now? Oh dear... shoot me, please?
  14. [/hide] I'm responding to both of your posts even tho I didn't quote the first...but while you bring up many very good points, you don't seem to realize that the same could be said for anything in life that's not a necessity. Time spent on Rs is no different than time spent at the movies with friends or sitting down playing cards. Yes, there is a difference. Time spent at the movies or sitting down playing cards is socializing with real people. Time spent alone on RuneScape isn't socializing and slowly crumbles your social skills and confidence. Really? Mine have both skyrocketed in my time on Runescape. I could be the only one, but maybe not.
  15. To each his own. I would rather be the one getting the 50k/hour.
  16. There are ways to get around the bank issue, though. And it also can be used as a method to get them back to P2P. The Agility thing, however, gave no reason to go back. And if they didn't look at it as being unfair to the F2Pers, they probably wouldn't have removed it after all this time.
  17. That isn't an option for everybody. Like myself, why would I pay to play a few hours only on days I don't work, if I can play free? And what about those who have parents who won't let them pay? And it was clearly an unfair advantage. If you can run again far sooner, you have an advantage. And it is unfair to those who haven't had the opportunity to train their agility.
  18. I actually enjoy the occasional ball game. You are missing the point of it all. It's a diamond, not a square! :D Unlike Shreddies which are both :?
  19. Actually, the Stanley Cup's home is in Toronto. At the Hockey Hall of Fame. And those stats mean nothing, just so you know. Last year's mean nothing because both teams have improved, and this year's mean nothing because game 7s are a completely different event. And who is to say Crosby won't break out of his slump and get some goals or at least points? The game is not as predictable as you might think. As for the refs, I don't know since I have only seen one game in the finals thus far.
  20. Hey, this guy just solved your bird problem and my cat problem in one stroke! Why didn't I think of that one!?
  21. I actually examine almost everything, but still don't check levels very often... I don't really understand why, but hey... why not?
  22. I don't really do a lot of this. I will check a few people now and then, but overall it is pretty rare that I do. I'm more concerned with my own level(s).
  23. That isn't necessarily a good thing, either. It would be better if they knew there were restrictions, just in case their living arrangements are altered.
  24. It's also a risk to keep them inside because of house fires. Generally speaking, house fires don't happen often enough to be considered a credible threat to the dog. Although, around here, dog theft isn't a problem, either.
  25. All the did was get rid of an unfair advantage really... It was more of a convenience than an advantage It was definitely a convenience, but it was also an advantage in some aspects.
