my advice is to relearn how to enjoy the game. "being someone" is harder than ever now, since there are now 100k 'someones' playing at any given time, instead of 1000. being a newb again can be fun, you just have to remember how. A lot has changed since back then, so don't rush through the basics - appreciate all the little things Jagex has improved on.

usually 3-4 times per month... never more than once/week. 1) How exactly do you update the list? 2) Why can't you get the list to update automatically like Tip.it's Stat Sigs or something? 1) i put all the names i have into runehead, then keep the top 250 of them on there. 2) i was asked not to have the list automatically update, and i am honoring the request.

Actually I think one of the main reasons why this movie is so popular is because there is a swear word in the title :roll: tarantino could've called it anything, and people would still flock to the theaters to see it. it's not the title that people will pay money to see ;)

yeah i tried these a couple years ago also, and didn't notice any weird affects. i tried maybe 5 of them and the only feeling i got was annoyance.

does From Dusk Til Dawn count? i think thats his most enjoyable, but not necessarily his best-made or best-written.

That's not how machines work, when it breaks it won't all the sudden find extra strength and work anyways. When I read this script last summer, I got really excited about it, and remained excited til its finally come out. I guess the problem with reading it first is the same problem with all book-to-movie movies - it's always better in your imagination. The movie is really good, don't get me wrong, but it was even better when I saw it in my head lol. I can see alot of people going to it and not liking it because of how the movie was marketed. I'd assume most people are like "hey brad pitt killing nazi's for 2 hrs, cool", when actually he's only on screen for 30 minutes or so, more like a supporting actor. Shosanna doesn't even show up in the trailers even though she's the main character.

I doubt Halo would've been nearly as awesome, at least story-wise. Because the budget would've been like 4x what D-9 had, the studio's involvement would be much greater, meaning less freedom for Blomkamp to do what he does.
