  1. You are just severely disillusioned. Why do men have nipples?
  2. I love "Hold Me Tight", I want to give that to my boyfriend! Lol. I also really really like the longer version of cold, I don't know what it is, I just love that the last verse contains that extra line that just sums the whole thing up in a rather blunt fashion. Lovin' it. :D
  3. Wow, I wish I could write like that. You are very good at this! You are Issy's friend by the looks of things? Jesus Christ, I didn't even understand some of those words  (shroud? vagrant?) I'm so ignorant, forgive me. I was never any good at English in school.
  4. Thats one of the least intelligent things I've heard today. I'm a heterosexual and an avid supporter of gay rights. Wow your a real model of society. Good for you sonny jim. I think you should all clamber off your high horses its pathetic. If someone doesnt like gays they are perfectly entitled too. Dont let the elite left tell you otherwise. I personally think that's quite like saying 'if you don't like black people, you're completely entitled to,'. I'm not comparing homophobia to racism (well, technically, I am...) but they are both pretty much the same concept - hating or disliking someone purely based on their sexuality or race. It's just 'pathetic' and it anyone needs to get off their high horse, it's you. In my opinion. As long as you don't do anything to the actually race\sexuality, I see nothing wrong with hating a certain race\sexuality. Hate is such a strong word to use on a group of people of whom the only thing you know about them is their sexuality. I can understand prejudice, but hate... that's a powerful to word to use, and if it really is hate, then surely you are predispositioned to then act upon it.
  5. That's all for today. Got bored whilst doing work, stuck on some oldie but goodies.
  6. Who is she and why are we looking for something that doesn't exist?
  7. Same. What a random quiz. This is an excuse for all the little boys to pretend they are men though. Woopee for ego boosters.
  8. This isn't exactly hard... Only works in real life, not to mention a lot more fun in real life and a little more challenging, not in forums. Now for the "hard" part. 33. Oh God that was scary.
  9. Heterosexual, but I find women sexier than men. By far.
  10. Haha the thing is, I usually draw in my lectures, so I only have a black biro. I have a sketch pad, but to first draw out my idea I have to use lined paper, paper with no lines to sketch out an idea makes me uneasy and just doesn't make me draw well. I just have kinda superstitions, the openness of plain paper seems to decrease my creative flair, pfft if you can call it that, but I hope you understand what I mean. It's like all the space just makes me uncomfortable. Yeah I am very messed up when it comes to drawing. If then I feel like the design is good enough I will copy it into my sketch pad and maybe add colour. However a lot I do in black and white, and give to my friend who likes to play around and add colour in photoshop. I have quite a few in colour pens, but I didn't want to overcrowd the thread as I wanted to show some drawings as well as lettering. Thankyou for the comment all the same! Anyone else? Anything? ....... Help?
  11. Lol I honestly can't help it, it's one of those things I get so anal about, it's so against my personality to act that way, but drawing gets me so unnecessarily stressed, yet it is something I do on a daily basis! I am never picky with intricate details apart from with art, and when it is my own art, the fact I can see so many faults in something I designed, it gets me down and just frustrated. Also, obviously before I draw I can see a detailed version of it in my mind, when I begin to draw and it is not the same it irritates me. I have issues or something, lol, I know. Arrgh! Lol. Thanks for your comments all the same! But does anyone have any advice they can give to me to help me improve?
  12. Depends on the company. I usually ask before filling in an application how long it takes to find out otherwise, I would take Dusqi's advice.
  13. Is it true if you don't wash your hair for some years it cleans itself? People always used to tell me that but ugh, not washing your hair for that long... it must smell so bad.
  14. Hey, uhh well I posted these in some other forums but didn't get too much response. I was hesitant to post here, because so many of you are so much better than me I'd feel pretty crap. Drawing is something I do almost all the time, I love it, yet hate it at the same time. I am not a perfectionist in any other way, only in my own drawings, and when something does not appear the way it does in my mind, I actually feel upset lol. I visit this forum so often, but I am almost afraid to put forward my critique because I am overly blunt about my own work, I do not want to offend anyone. And also, because I never post anything I draw or do, I'd feel like people are like, who are you to comment?! However, because I never show anyone what I do, I never get any feedback, and I get stuck in a rut (ruck? Sp?) because I don't want to draw because I know it won't look how I want it to, and then it will make me sad. Hmm I just want to know how to improve, although I think I already know the answer. Practice, with reference pictures. But yeah my perfectionist side knows that my drawing will not be exactly the same as the reference picture and I'll just end up sulking about it lol. I know these ain't perfect and most of my anatomy sucks, probably because I just do it off the top of my head and never reference back to anything. I take a huge interest in lettering, particularly graffiti lettering, so a lot of pictures are of that. Only pen and paper mind. This one I designed for a friend of mine that has set up some customised T-shirts company ting. My other friend has photoshopped this into a logo, but he hasn't showed me it yet. I wish the "i" wasn't so fat. Just some random dog in the middle of taking notes. His body looks weird to me. Shading is messed too. Some dragon with no feet. The angle of his head is wrong. It is too side on. Take no notice of that attempt to copy the picture at the bottom, that was my boyfriend. Yeah a gay cartoon lion as well. A flying lion. I couldn't do the mane. Or the face. No shading on the face, it just looks flat. Took this as an idea I saw somewhere, think it looks ok. Drew this so long ago, it's so far back in my book I can't even remember drawing it. There are so many things wrong with this picture. His nose and mouth, and the fact I couldn't draw teeth. His front paw in the shadow is at the wrong angle, The rear paw in shadow I couldn't draw at all. His paws in general. And just ugh. This picture depresses me. This is a really messy version of something I got printed on the back of a friends shirt. Looks good on his shirt, not so good here, but still. OK that's enough for today. I know I know they ain't brilliant, but as they say, constructive criticism is very welcome. I should really study the way things look in order to draw them more accurately as it actually really upsets me if something doesn't look the way it does in my mind lol. Argh anyway, fire away.
  15. That was my first thought. And bah as cheesey as it sounds, I loved the ending of Saw I. I am so oblivious when watching films, I can never predict them, and this one just blew me away.
  16. Some of the better actors for me include Morgan Freeman, Kevin Spacey and Robert De Niro. I can't think of many when it comes to worst actors, the only one I can think of is that blimmin woman in 40 Year Old Virgin, she was pretty, but a truly awful actor/actress whichever is politically correct these days.
  17. Thats actully 'cool' at my school. :anxious: Being 'gansta' is the best thing you can do. 'gangsta' is a big thing at my school too. Its funny as hell, all these guys are like "im a g-ster innit I do drive buys innit", and u just know there just law abiding guys who base themselves on jerks like Tim westwood. If ANYONE ever, EVER, bases themselves on Tim Westwood, I will personally hunt them down and kick them in the nuts.
  18. Oh and add to my list, VOMIT. Ugh.
  19. You are still young, if you continue to eat all this fast food the effects will catch up with you as your metabolism slows down. I'll just get my text book to tell you how much crap is in those burgers. It has all the content of every fast food item from various places. Quarter pounder with cheese has 530 calories, 95 Mg of cholesterol, and darn it doesn't have saturated fat listed, but total fat is 30g. Medium fries has 450 calories, 0 cholesterol and total fat is 22g. Daily recommended intake of these are for calories, an average of 2000. This means one mcdonalds meal is half your intake of this. Total fat intake should be 65g. You have already racked up 52 from this meal. The recommended daily intake of saturated fat (saturated fat is bad for your body, will explain why if you want to know) is only 22g, and I'm pretty sure that the meal already covers that. Recommended daily intake of cholesterol is 300mg, and a third is taken up by the hamburger alone. The healthiest thing I can see on the McDonalds Website is probably croutons. (figures taken from McArdle, Katch & Katch, 2001) Yes I am a health freak. You health nuts are going to feal stupid one day, lying in the hospital dieing of nothing. Well if I was dying of nothing, I wouldn't be in the hospital?
  20. Most disgusting is seafood :-X Or cheese, cheese makes me gag as well. Or a urine stained alleyway.
  21. Separated at birth? Minus the brown spot on his nose..! Iiiit's Kipper! He is nothing like Hercules though... He's an angel! A dopey one, but still an angel!
  22. I much prefer the pixel to the actual drawing. The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is that the lines between "sly" are very thin so it makes the words a little difficult to make out, also that the bricks are too perfect lol, as in they are all exactly the same, but for a cartoony effect it'd be ok. But that's just my opinion. :)
  23. I like the bow. I can't really pass a great judgement on this, apart from in the second picture, the spray can is so overused it spoils the picture.
  24. One that can move.
  25. Eau de Fraise, Limon et le Chien Mouille! Interesting combination, :P! (My french ain't so good.)
