I would just like to note to those who did not try fishing monk AFTER the quest: it takes FOREVER to get 5 monks during the quest while you can fish for them at least as fast as lobs after. They are really phenomonal xp for both cooking and fishing. You can beat both by fishing trout and salmon and cooking sharks but this is NEARLY as good as either and by itself is far superior to both individually.

F2P, Catching (50) Swordfish = 100, Cooking (45) Swordfish = 140, Heals = 14 P2P, Catchng (62) Monkfish = 120, Cooking (62) Monkfish = 150, Heals = 16 Not to mention you have less than a 50/50 percent chance of getting swordfish when you harpoon, thanks to tuna. Tuna is what ruined me in f2p, I would attempt to get a load of swordies then get waaay too much tine :? [off-topic] IM 'manacit2' that you saw when Oddfaery was smithing you something yesterday or the day before......[/off-topic] Remember that tuna is pretty useful for those 22 healing tuna taters. If you are close to a bank you might as well bank them for the cook xp and the possible super healing food.

Whatever they do it will involve f2p or all yews being worthless. I just don't see why they don't put npcs to kill off anything below combat 50 or so. Skill pures will suffer but they are a small portion and they suffer even more from bad prices for their products anyway. Since most bots work off of colors why don't they throw in a gazillion random "bank teller" color pixels around banks? Sure it might make it look a tad odd but it would confuse the hell out of the bots, lol.

I burnt 4 in my first load at 88 cooking without gaunts and then burned 10 out off 710 total WITH guants... I am pretty sure they work. :? Gauntlets don't work with monkfish. Stop spreading blahesphemy. I'd do a test just to show everybody right now, but I'm 99 cooking and I don't burn them. Also, how much hp do the Skeleton Magi have? First, notice that I said "pretty sure". Second, where does it say that they DON'T? If this were common practice and got leaked by somebody with morals the game would become an instant ghost town. They obviously cannot risk that on a massive scale because it would cause instant hatred of Jagex by any honest gamer. Even IF they did the things that I said were POSSIBLE (except the "dark" part lol) it might disgruntle a few but most would continue to play especially if Jagex showed some effort in changing.

Please post the total number in two groups: tradeable and non so I can add to both lists. Pick your favorite tradeable and nontradeable items or what you are most proud of. With full kharils or dhide you can use trout for food since the bank is so close. Super pots + whip = 3 or 4 hits per kill usually (86 attack, 82 strength). Oh, and thank you monkfish for 89 cooking =]

Fished and cooked 700 and they are either the same as lobs or faster. You probably hit a dry spell like during the quest when it's like 1 or 2 minutes each.

I collected cats as well. Had 5 or more of every color until fire cats came out then I sold em all for deaths, hehe. Post the number of flowers total and cats total so I can add em. :)

They will easily replace sharks for anything light duty but will never replace them for important things such as pking or KQing. Since they are so fast and easy to get (over 500 cooked and banked already myself) I think that they may decrease lobs' value because they heal so much more. They will easily be 450 ea and probably 500-550 ea.

To the above people read the replies everything is mentioned there. Anywho, this topic is rather old to be bumped but since the deed has already been done... I told ya' so, na-na-na-na-na! Lol jk. It is funny how this topic becomes strangely pertinent when the autoers are getting pushed AWAY from free players and TOO members. They get to fatten their wallet even more from macroers now. It will come to a point where there are so many macroers at yews that it will not be worth the effort to auto (let alone HONESTLY cut them) or jagex will "pure"ifiy them but either way all macroers are destined for p2p... and they can afford it with the money they are making. I am much too tired to get into this right now but perhaps later. :twisted:
