This is the trick that you can use to get multiple christmas hats (not santas). Basically, you get the ram skull then use it on a hat rack (one in draynor for christmas hats and one on the second floor of a house SE of the rune store in Varrock for this). This makes it drop on the floor. You cannot drop either of them in any other manner or they "break". Sprint to the rag and bone man, tell him you lost your ram skull, get another, trade it for the bone sack, tele to varrock, and finally sprint to your dropped ram skull head. That's the "secret" and it is FAR from bug abuse since Jagex made hat racks that serve this function. Enjoy!
