I have 72 prayer but other than that our stats aren't incredibly different. I bring nearly a full load of p pots and get to jad with about 6 (3)s left over. My problem is he likes to spawn right on me and my comp likes to take that as a good reason to lag. -.- Anywho, I have found that the best way for me is to hide in the corner so that he has approach me from only one direction. This helps but my comp is still too lame to register my prayer switches fast enough to matter. :x

Don't worry so much! Just bring a tele and you will be fine anywhere you travel. Nothing scary on the way to slayer tower or in slayer tower until you have to pass through a door. Do NOT go through that door (second floor) unless you have the nosepin thingy.

While not feasible time-wise it is very possible. Your kills are remembered regardless of how long it takes you to return. You could use your method for every brother except the one in the tunnel since your prayer would probably be drained long before you find him. This is a cheap but time-expensive method that plenty have tried successfully.

Make sure you bring a non-magical teleport such as ectophial or elf crystal just incase your mage gets drained lower than your ability to tele. Bring restores or preferably super restores and use them anytime that your mage level is threatened. Use your best fire spell unless your mage is barely above the level needed to cast it. Fire spells + restores = victory.

Strength is more important in the wildy because you need to hit high to finish them off before they can escape. Attack is more important in a duel because you need to do more total damage than them in the allotted time. You will probably need to go more one way than the other.

I was having no problems with the werewolf in canifis bank. It's fun to hear about the whip drops and barrows winnings while you level.

I always walked east and then west a step to get the boost. It was pretty funny having a nearly full boat load walking back and forth like me lol. This sounds slightly easier, though.

You can do it at level 3, but its improbable, theres a diffrence. You could be level 3, and never get hit, its random, but your chance would be about 6542 X 10^-450663123 :roll: Once the chance becomes so low it IS impossible for all intents and purposes. Lowest level that could probably do it with less than 50 attempts would probably be: 40 or 43 prayer preferably 70 range above 50 hp so around combat 51. You could do it lower of course but it wouldn't really be that feasible. Lowest I've seen was Fancy Fancy.

Chest was about 10 picks for me... the pyramid was about 3 or 4 hours. :x GJ, though, of course.

Left half is the rarest drop in the game. The reason that it is so common is because almost every single creature drops them, lol. You could luck out with a left half your very first kill as a lvl 3 or not get one past 100 combat (me). Trying to get a left half from a specific monster is not the best tactic. Try chaos druids for good herb drops with the chance of a left half. If you are only training combat stats then keep it up with the salve. Just fyi this should be in help and advice. I am on my fourth attempt. 1st. Started with mage... I was praying range... got 1 hit before I even saw him. 2nd. Started with range... I was praying mage... see above. :x 3rd. Started with mage... I was praying MAGE... then got 1 hit from melee (spawned right next to me and lagged) 4th. Got to Jad... snuck up behind and started unloading. Got the first prayer switch. Hit the second but by the time it registered it was too late... repeat until dead. I have determined that there is no possible way to do this on this comp because it is very slow. This failing thing is getting too expensive at around 300k or more a run. Don't you agree getting to jad is INCREDIBLY EASY... oh well, yay for lag I'll go straight to the poor house before I give up on this. Good Luck to you.

Attacking at the "front" helps because it distracts more of the spawned monsters as well as putting you in great position for the spinners. If you find yourself getting stuck once the portal dies or is nearly red-barred you should start clicking "behind" the portal so that you immediately run out of the crush of monsters. Follow this up with a quick streak laterally and you will be clear to the next portal. Rarely, no matter what my tactic I get surrounded. Instead of trying to bash your way out simply remove all of your armor and get destroyed. :D The back should only be attacked by those with low defense or poor armor... that is, if they are not doing their correct job of defending. :P

While contextual differences in words definatly change with the times and I do believe you are very much right in your observation I find myself having to object to it. Karma is an old old belief something that doesnt deserve to be miss-interpreted and could quiet easily be very insulting to someone, albeit I again agree with your synopsis - I and noone else for that matter will be able to change it or influence it in a drastic way it doesnt not however mean I cannot or should not try ;). Btw when did everyone become such push-overs all of a sudden, whats the matter, do you only fight battles you can win? that take little effort? Stop being so damn boring ;p The higher the pedestal a notion is given the more people that have a clear shot of it. Noting the decline in it's original meaning only entices those with weapons to take shots. I feel that if you truly feel the way that you say your best course of action is to get this thread locked. Out of sight, out of mind and we all know the attention span of pop culture. Do not worry your word will be back to itself soon enough. What proof is there of ANYTHING in religions/superstitions/placebos/etc.? Most religions are based off of people's accounts of things that happened or didn't. And I think that the biggest reason people believe in the pop-form of karma is because that is how they WANT reality to be. They WANT the bad to be punished and the good to be rewarded.

While you are correct about the longest lived definition of Karma you must also realize that words change, language develops, views alter etc. If you asked the average person 20 or so years ago what the term "cat" meant you would recieve a much different response now. And the same is true vice versa with the term "dog". Karma's meaning has become altered in general usage due to it becoming a pop phrase in society (see "...Earl" and many other forms of media). When people use the word now they are no longer inferring the interaction of god(s) or another higher power but simply that the act itself is self-fulfilling. You saw a good/bad act so you do your part in rewarding/punishing the samaritan/transgressor in the hopes of a better society. People have now replaced god(s) with themselves in the equation. I am not saying an opinion about it either way but the fact is: the meaning has changed. Karma no longer infers divine intervention in the distribution of justice the word now infers that justice is dispensed by the person at the scene. I would like to stress that I am not agreeing with the change I am simply stating that a change in the usage of karma has arisen. It is now in pop culture and regardless of your wishes or anybody's it will fade ONLY at it's own speed, you groovy cat. 8)
