I feel your pain but making slayer items untradeable would only prevent this single aspect of scamming which is hardly a large group. I DO feel bad for you but the 2nd trade screen is there for a reason. If people want you to rush then it most likely is for a bad reason. I literally take a minute to trade, double check any math involved, then do the same on the second screen. If they don't want to trade at my pace I take my gp elsewhere. :wink: Again, sorry to hear that another scammer triumphed :cry:

Yes, but you have to start with an iron weapon, f2p or p2p. It might take some time to prepare, but then you're not wastingyour money from the start. - 60 or 70 Attack (At least be able to wear Dragon weapons, 70 is if you want an Abbysal Whip immediatly) - 60+ Strenght - 60 Defense (40 can work well, but 60+ is certainly adviced) - 50+ Ranged (For the Magic Bow, higher is an advantage) - 60+ Magic (At least be able to cast all Non-Member Spells) - 43 Prayer (This is a MUST, protection from melee saves your life, certainly while being a member) - 44 Runecrafting (not really needed, it is good so you can make nature Runes, but once again, certainly not needed) - 43 Crafting (Not really needed, however, I advise you are 43 so you can cut up to Diamond for the Shilo Gems and be able to Spin Bowstrings) - 60 Mining (Just for the Mining guild, not really needed cause there are other places. I advise as high as possible) - 35 Smithing (See for yourself, as high as possible, but advised to be 35 Smithing so you can smith Steel Cannonballs ) - 40 Fishing (40 is a minimum! You will need lots of food while youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re a Member. Now youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ll be able to fish Lobster, ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s advised to be 76 so you can fish Sharks) - ? Cooking (The same for Fishing. Just be able to cook what you can fish) - 75 Woodcutting (Just for Magic Trees) - 49 Firemaking (So you can lit Bullseye Lantern) The total xp here is slightly more than anything that has to do with iron... Lvl 3 can theive the fare to karamja from lvl 3 men and immediately start making 200k+ an hour running nats. This can fund the best armor and pots for training not to mention some serious food and special equipment (dag king rings, fury, etc.) I would do that ^^^ WAY before I would get any of the levels that you mentioned on f2p. There is not a single skill that f2p can raise at the same speed as p2p other than possibly power-mining iron. If you can afford p2p then any time spent on f2p is a waste of time (for those who are serious). Again, I would like to say that other than this the rest looks nice.

You are advising people to waste a TON of time training skills up before they go p2p... if they joined as a level 3 they could get those skills and that cash in about half the time. If you take off the level "requirements" I think that you have a nice window for f2p to look through and drool. 8)

I would think that my 10k and 9,999 KC's would have already disproved that idea lol. Search for em and feel my pain. :wink:

I watched somebody who would log out on the otherside of the fence (north of the hole) and log back in in less than 10 seconds on the other side of the hole where you come out. He said that he was at canifis when he 1st found out... claims that the same thing happens no matter where he logs lol. I told him that he should have some fun with pkers in deep wildy. Log in, fight a little, run and log out, log back in and watch as they message you with "WTH where are j00??? U just logged out an in an u gone??!?!" Eh, it would be fun but it doesn't work for me. =[

IF the guy did not know your girl was spoken for and/or the guy was "innocently" flirting/pestering your girl (as in no malice or sexual gratification) and/or the guy did it purely on accident OR you had a doubt about any of the above then you should have controlled yourself, spoke with him, and saved everybody an unnecessary hassle. IF the guy KNEW who you were AND the guy KNEW who she was to you AND the guy did it on purpose AND it offended either you or your girl (obvious but still important to note) AND you did NOT do something similiar to HIS girl and this is retribution for that AND the guy is a comparable or better physical specimen than you (no pounding on 6'8" guys with downs or 4'2" guys with asthma) then you had EVERY right to knock him on his keister. Reason? He crossed a line that you obviously hold close to your heart. If she was not important to you then you would probably not thought twice about it. In this situation the guy made a PHYSICAL attack against both you and your girl. He OBVIOUSLY intended to recieve or to APPEAR to be recieving sexual gratification from the contact. He started a physical confrontation and you finished it (if the above example is yours). I congratulate you on that. IF he had merely made a verbal pass then you should have responded with a verbal rebuttal. Do not let the people who cannot or will not defend the people important to them from physical attack make you feel poorly/guilty for doing so. (side note: Where would we be as a people if we let those capable of unprovoked violence walk all over us? Nobody would be free thats for sure.) For those of you who need an example that is exaggerated and probably closer to home for some: A stranger of your same age/weight walks up to your sister and grabs her breast. Would it be wrong to protect her? Or would you allow some pervert to get their jollies at your little sis's expense? You would do exactly what you should do: everything in your power to prevent that from happening again. Sk8 if your situation does not fit the second example please take some anger management so that you can have a more stable life. If it DOES fit however, feel content with the knowledge that your girl will be safe from at least one more jerk's physical affronts and that you have the balls required to do what is right when it's needed.

I think that the LOGIC behind the ideas (make pkers more lethal vs. each other and less lethal to non-pkers) is sound but (as you pointed out) there are some major flaws. Keep at it though, it might be something worthwhile if you can come up with a better system.

My guess is you get more fish per hour because you wear lighter garments which don't force you to walk. With the average agility level and full rune most people would have to walk at some part of a normal catherby "spot hunt". Mystic robes are simply a lot lighter and you get to run for a lot longer thereby maximizing the time spent fishing as opposed to banking or spot hunting. Eh, my $0.02 :wink:

Train your agility. It will be the most useful p2p skill that translates back into f2p. Just fyi I buy green hides 1.5k ea, blue 2k ea, and d bones 2.5k ea. You can get better prices than that especially in bulk. Have fun you will love it. :wink:

I was a tele-interviewer for about six months back in high school. Same premise as telemarketers but we either give out free stuff or take nothing except opinions. The job was ok but they did some pretty "cruel" things such as take breaks before and after dinnertime (since more people are at home during dinner lol) and only called certain time zones during dinner (same reason lol). It didn't make any sense because the success rate during dinner hour was a tenth of the other times lol. The people who stayed on and didn't hang up got some pretty cool stuff sometimes. I have sent $340 checks out for 10 minute interviews, a free year of TIVO with all the hookups required (which was given about 18 months before TIVO was even heard of publicly), and tickets to people's local "professional" sports teams... but then again I have paid people $10 for a three hour interview and $0 for a 45 minute one as well lol. Here is some advice from a reformed "wrong-doer", lol: 1. Answer the first 2 or 3 questions. If they still want to talk to you they will spit out the offer. If it is something that you are interested in (cash or prizes) then continue. 2. They will LIE about the time required for two reasons. Firstly, they honestly don't know how long the interview will last because different answers open different threads of questions and secondly, they want it to seem short enough that you will do it. 3. 90% of anything that requires a "purchase" or a "credit card" is either a bad deal or a scam. Don't do it regardless of how good it sounds. We always sent out checks never direct deposit. 4. Don't be criminally abusive. Some of these people are on lines that cannot hang up which means they have to listen to whatever you are saying. Go ahead and have some fun if they got you at a bad time or they have a bad scam but do not say stuff like "I am going to hunt you down, **** your mom, then kill your dog and stash it in your cubicle." You can get criminal charges for threatening etc. even though they called you. I heard of a woman who broke down sobbing and the manager was her "father figure". He tracked the number etc. and encouraged her to press charges. Last I heard the guy got out of it but still had to go to court etc. Unless you are a real sicko though you probably won't cross that line, lol. 5. Don't send money to those stupid places that say they protect your number from telemarketers lol. I don't know how many times I have called places and they said "I am on a list, you can't call me!!!". Well guess what... they CAN and DO call those numbers lol. They just take the numbers and sell them to companies that MAKE those calls lol. I figured that out when I had 3 weeks straight of people who said that they were on the "Official Lousiana DO NOT CALL LIST". Don't get scammed there is only one list and it isn't that great (national one, google it). 6. If you do NOT want them to call back you HAVE to do BOTH of these two things: 1. Say "Please remove me from your calling list" AND 2. Say "Please put me on your DO NOT CALL list" If you just hang up or don't say BOTH of those things they can legally call you back. I would suggest getting the company name and number first if you can. Write that down as well as the date and time of the call. If that same company calls back write that down and call a lawyer. :twisted: You can get a nice fat easy settlement in your pocket. It is expected that this happens and they factor in the expected settlements into the fee that they charge for the job. Enjoy the money guilt-free, hehe. I personally enjoyed the people who tried messing with me. If they said stuff like the pizza thing I would just go with it lol and ask their toppings, cash or credit, etc lol. One time I went back and forth for 20 minutes about everything from food to the morality of politics with one older woman. It was hilarious... Oh and I got fired from that job for, and I quote, "having too much fun with prospective interviewees". It was damn fine cash while it lasted (11 bucks an hour weekends 9 an hour weekdays at age 16/17) and a ton of fun. I would do it again but never be a telemarketer because I am obnoxious not evil.

but I'm not sure... Anyone who has come across this event? You can acquire a knife and an ax in the area you need them. The rope is simply 3 pieces of vine that you cut from a swamp tree (anything sharp works such as sickle or dds) and combine. Use it on the big tree in the center and swing across. This mini-game is boring and tedious IMO... not to mention horrible rewards.

I just got 79 wildblood from the weak old man with the hardest path. Had like 5 stops =[ I don't think that their math was so great when they added for the maxes and mins. Try inching forward with range pro and auto-retaliate off against the snails... or a cannon =p (13 "worthless?" snails in my bank)
