Notes & Hints on Recipe for Disaster, Input welcome
Thank god lol. I was going to post my notes and they are atrocious. You should add the following as well though: bring pick to ogre. mine a rock on the way. bring ogre bow and arrows. bring iron spit. bring log and tinderbox. chat ogre. go south east. chat again. kill a chompy and keep it raw. glory to karamja. walk to nature general store (north of two bwanna tio or what have you). go west and follow the coast south a step or so until you get to a tree all by its lonesome in the sand. put spit in chompy and cook. talk to brother ogres. ride back to main ogre. fill a frog with swamp gas twice and drop. kill the super chompy and cook on the ogre spit near their cave. done and done while underwater bring a decent weapon and kill crabs. large ones drop shells small drop claws (for me). get at least 5 of each as i broke 3 of 5 with 80 crafting. use a chisel on them. wear them and scare ppl. make sure that you bring the wrong banana (a normal yellow one) and the wrong nut (from store there) to the 3 monkeys otherwise you will always find "empties". the last monsters can be snared and waved easily or meleed. bring full rune and super pots and restores. sharks are also a must as you do not have access to your prayer menu AT ALL. feel free to kill one boss then refuel and come back. fight near the portals so you can skadoodle if you need to. please bear with my poor capitalizations and spelling as i am tired lol. also, this quest doesnt require armor unless you have horrible defense until the end. the only exception is possibly killing the monkeys for the greegrees. to make a greegree kill the monkey that you desire and get a talisman from the kid. he cries for like 2 minutes then gives it up lol. feel free to get all 3 if you need them. go to the end of the the dungeon that is west of where you land. chat the mage and use the bones and talis on them. Hope that helps =]

Concerning DroolMAN...
No offense at all but you OBVIOUSLY don't have children (probably too young) because this comment about OTHER colorful items does not ring true when it comes to children. They see the pretty "hats" at the top row of his bank (that's where mine are =\ ) and want THOSE hats. Try as you might to trick or disctract them they have made up their mind and will accept no substitutes. Personally, I wouldn't indulge their desires if they are being obnoxious but innocent requests are hard for any good father to deny... even if you run the risk of losing months of work by a dropped rare.

Raise the GP Cap on P2P to 100 Bil
I would have to disagree with high alching going to be rarely used. If not for monetary use, it is the only spell you can use for hours on end with the cost of very few runes compared to the magic xp gained. Even if you would cut the production xp in half and give the other half plus a 10% bonus when the product is sold for xp, people would still want to high alch part of their produce to get back what the raw materials costed them. And that is exactly where the problem is: When I want to go from 85 to 99 fletching I need to chop or buy 53k magic logs. Not many people have just 53M to spare and buy that 99. So most people work with the method of buying as many magic logs as you can, alch their produce, buy more logs, alch, buy, alch, buy, etc. People simply want their money back and make a profit if possible. With selling your produce for xp, you don't make your money back and you certainly don't make a profit, so most people won't use this method. From an economic point of view your solution would be perfect, but when the high alchemy spell would remain in game I don't think many people would prefer to sell for xp rather then for money. Wonder, make a thread about this. I would love to read you two's back-and-forths. Each rebuttal convinced me that the previous statements were lacking logic. Start a thread so I can get tricked for hours straight. On-Topic - I honestly don't think Jagex will change this. It effects few people and will EVENTUALLY lead to a "Diablo 2"-esque sort of item market for rares.

Raise the GP Cap on P2P to 100 Bil
Not to sound jealous or callous but the fact that this will just not effect enough people to justify the cost (be it large or small) as of now. I agree that EVENTUALLY something will HAVE to be done one way or another. I think that they will probably come up with a more creative idea because once rares become high enough it will take years for a new player to get one. This will discourage people from playing as a large long-term goal will be just too distant. Eh, my 2 cents.

How do your members skills rank?
Look in my sig. I use tears to raise rc and slayer alternately. Both are too time intensive but now all skills are 60+, with 1600+ total, and 100+ combat thanks to tears. :)

hmm... scrumpled paper?
I've never heard of it personally but would like to see a screeny of it and the message. :D :D

What is the meaning of combination runes?
Unless they TOTALLY revamp the combo rune system they will not be used that commonly. It is faster to gather them in the new mage place if you take into account the fact that you must gather the tallies. -.-

What do YOU do while playing Runescape?
I am incapable of walking and chewing gum at the same time without falling down. Seriously, though, I CAN'T multi-task if one of the things that I am doing requires more than a tiny amount of focus. This works for me because I can put my mind to a single task with a large amount of "force". :P Max that I can do is have music in the background or maybe the TV... which I can't do more than listen to or I end up logging.

Concerning DroolMAN...
This is absolutely ridiculous. I am currently paying for three accounts; My own, my wife's, and my little sister's. My sister lives 3 hours away (I pay for her account as long as she maintains a 3.75 average) but my wife plays on the desktop in the next room. She only likes fighting but is afraid to fight anything "big" so has 61 attack, 40 def, and 30 strength from nothing larger than lvl 2 men and those alkharid guys, lol. Anyway she plays ONLY when I play because that is when the kids are asleep (3 months old and a 2 year old, both girls... sigh jk  ). I find it ridiculous that they would consider anything along these lines as multiple logging. I guess this means that I have to get my wife hooked back on solitaire. :x I have noticed that they (Jagex) are drifting even farther and farther away. I recently got 3 automated responses declaring that they did not have time to respond to the questions posed. The first was sent nearly a month ago and the most recent was last week. This and your situation are both ridiculous and are just as harmful to their future addicts as macroers and others of the same ilk. :!:

How many quests have you done (or left to do)

Those nice people = )
I was fishing in catherby when I was about lvl 50 or so. All of the people around me were about the same level. A level 112 popped up from the ladder and started calling everybody noobs. Nobody around me knew how to get there (I still don't lol but apparently somewhere around blacks). He took his rune plate and legs off and dropped them and laughed at us. Here is where the funny part comes in: I had just got done with a level one treasure trail and still had the tele runes in my inventory so I telegrabbed his plate AND legs before he could run to them. EVERYBODY there was laughing at him so hard. I was getting dizzy myself from laughing because he teled out and followed me calling me a scammer and whatnot. First person ever to go on my ignore list I believe lol. It is fun when people drop things there on purpose and watch the mad dash for airs and laws. I pulled the same thing on someone in the cage random event thing. I dropped rune plate, rune axe, and a bunch of mage longs on the ground in front of him. It was funny when he started freaking out (he was like level 50ish) and I told him that he could get the rune plate free if he could make it back to me in an hour (I was in Yanille) but I guess he was too lazy or couldn't work the map. Basically I am saying nice story and here's mine along the same line.
