Morrowind or Oblivion (Elder Scrolls III or IV)
I've found that combat in Morrowind and Oblivion aren't really all that great. There is a mod for Oblivion though that is called Deadly Reflex, and it looks awesome. Here is a link to the description of all the stuff it adds plus youtube videos of it in action. Some highlights are fighting while riding a horse, decapitating enemies, cutting enemies in half, and one greater power that explodes an enemy. There are also a few magic based mods too that make magic not suck so much. As well as thief mods that make bows not suck so much. Really you can make Oblivion any game you want.

American Gangster
The movie was OK. Probably one of those movies I will not watch again, but enjoyed some the first time through.

When Merci met Suzi...
Sounds like you had fun. Still jealous you got to see Poultergeist. And you got to meet Lloyd Kaufman!

Skeleton key was in Morrowind also.

Morrowind or Oblivion (Elder Scrolls III or IV)
The loading times are dependent on your computer. When I first played it I didn't have a great computer, but the load times weren't bad. This one isn't great at all by today's standards, and it loads quick. What were you reading guides for? It controls like an FPS. WASD keys and the mouse attacks.

Morrowind or Oblivion (Elder Scrolls III or IV)
Oblivion had better graphics, a larger land area, in game physics (traps), slightly more advanced fighting, and better quests. I liked Morrowind better however. If modding on Oblivion was as easy as for Morrowind, I probably would have a lot more mods and Oblivion could possibly take over.

I love Heroes.
Ah ok, yeah I knew it was coming back in February. Some people were saying it would be delayed even more so that the season would be kept all together, but I guess that's not true. We just might have a little break mid-season. BSG only has one season left, that was going to start in April for ten episodes and then the last ten would be later in the year early 2009. Sounds like the second half isn't going to start until next year now. Heroes always had chapter 2 planned to end in episode 11 of season 2, and have chapter 3 run to the end of season 2. Before the strike started NBC tried to get Kring to write an alternate ending to episode 11 so that the season and entire series could end there. He didn't though. Ain't It Cool News article on the strike. A lot of good info there.

I love Heroes.
The Lost writers are also striking. J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof are supporting the strike. This is relatively new information, the strike just started two or so days ago. There's a topic about it on IMDb, but most of the people there are idiots so maybe look somewhere else for some info about it. What is known right now is info from Lost's executive producer:

Eventually if the strike isn't resolved. Someone said two more episodes is all we have, but I think it's a little more than that. Others said to episode 11, which is four episodes more. I was going to make a topic about the writers strike, but then decided not to. Looks like it could push back Lost and Battlestar Galactica even further, they are taking forever already.

What movie(s) did you last see?
The Day After Tomorrow - You can get plenty of laughs out of this movie. Most of it isn't supposed to be funny, but it is. The global warming chasing them down a hallway was hilarious. The Prestige - Good the second time through also. This time I knew what was going on from the beginning, so it was almost like seeing a different movie. Pretty good. "Robot Chicken" season 1 - Well this is a different show. Sometimes funny, sometimes kind of lame. The humour relies on the viewer having some knowledge of the pop culture references. Mostly I knew them so that was OK.

Ron Paul raises over 3 million dollars in 24 hours
He has something like 1% support of the average American. Outside the Internet no one knows about him.

I love Heroes.
Time travel normally leaves tons of plot holes, which is why I don't really care for it. Interesting point about the painting, I didn't even think of that.

I love Heroes.
I think the past happened just as it was supposed to. Adam/Kensai was always part of the company. The Japanese girl in the past will tell the stories like Hiro told her they were supposed to happen, and all will be fine then.

Zombies
The end isn't exactly clear, although it really looked like they were all dead. DotD 04 zombies did move a bit quicker didn't they. DotD 76 zombies didn't move fast at all, neither did NotLD zombies. Were Shaun of the Dead zombies quick or slow? I can't remember exactly.

What movie(s) did you last see?
American Gangster - Not a movie I will watch over and over, but I'll say it was pretty good. A little longer than it needed to be, but still kept you engrossed throughout the whole thing. "The Office" season 3 - lol. Absolutely hilarious. I love The Office. Also rewatched season 4 up to where we are as of last Thursday. I always get into the job search mode after watching this, makes me really want to work in an office. I think that is the exact opposite of what it is trying to tell you. Oh well. Pam=hot. Night of the Living Dead - As someone who likes zombie movies I really should have seen this already. It was OK, I like that it is the public domain and I could download it completely free legally. Could see the origins (I think) of the cliched people in zombie movies, the scarred white guy, the helpless woman, the black guy who gets things done, the semi courageous guy who dies early, the infected group member that eventually turns on them. Not my favourite zombie movie, but I respect it. The Last Man on Earth - Looking at the public domain movies when looking for Night of the Living Dead I found this also. It is based on Richard Matheson's novel I Am Legend. Figured I'd watch this before going to see I Am Legend her in little over a month. Probably shouldn't of though, I would watch this after I Am Legend if you were planning on seeing it.

So.. what's going on around here?
They will never change. At least until TES:V is announced :D .

I'm geting a GameCube (AFter a while -.-)
Have you thought about a Resident Evil game?

Zombies
That's why I put them in quotes. Still, it's considered a zombie movie.

Zombies
I'd rather have Dawn of the Dead 04 zombies than 28 Days Later "zombies." 28 zombies move really fast, and the infection spreads to the living more easily. Dawn of the Dead 78 or Night of the Living Dead zombies would be better than the others, because they move slowly. Return of the Dead zombies would be worse than all of the others, we're really [bleep]ed if that happens.

Remember!!!!
On the contrary, you fail: I can actually read his. EDIT: Also, I don't care for DST. It just makes things more confusing. My computer took care of itself automatically, so I set my watch off of that.

So.. what's going on around here?
Same old... same old.

Zombies
Unless they are Return of the Dead zombies.

What movie(s) did you last see?
I believe that the film about the Pegasus is out this month though. :P I'm going to watch it in about 10 minutes :P . Internet FTW! Battlestar Galactica: Razor - Don't want to post spoilers, so I won't say much about it. Looks like you should have watched all of the Razor Flashbacks before watching this. Not necessary, but I think it would be good. Only 4 of the 7 are out now though, so I kind of know what the last three are going to be. It would be like watching season 3 without watching the Resistance webisodes, you would understand everything OK but one or two points would make more sense. Anyways, the movie was good, nice to see some old familiar faces. Some interesting parts, especially at the end. Definitely don't watch if you haven't finished season 3 yet, even though the movie takes place during season 2.
