  1. I really doubt that. If what he said was true, why would they bother waiting when there are already a significant ammount of them on the market?
  2. Did you eat a shark on the last trip and forget to grab another one?
  3. The explaination is simple: You accidenly pressed bank '10' instead of all, and didn't notice the 30 you still had, you crafted your next 40 and you ended up with 70.
  4. Luckily I have recieved no black marks. And I've probally told people about tip.it at least 10+ times :?
  5. Yeah its probably going to be rune boots because all boots in the world come from slayer monsters and these are for 90+ slaying! If not dragon boots will come with some level 92 or 95 slayer monster. I think dragon boots will be dark best drop. If you look at the pattern created by gargoyles, nechronels, and abbysals is a special drop from the former + addy boots, rune boots from the next, another special drop from abbysals (whips) so I infer from that that dragon boots would be a likely drop. I don't think they will add any slayer monsters after that because 90 alone is an insane level. The exp for level 85-90 is 64% of the work needed to get ot 85 slayer in the first place. :? ...which is enough exp in itself to get you from level 1-80 slayer
  6. Umm... there is literally deadly nightshade growing in my backyard, so, that isn't too far from reality.
  7. Yeah people say they drop left halfs a lot. That's why the price of them has dropped a lot. Lol, just lol. Cause ncps that require 90 slayes (only like 500 90+ slayers in runescape) supposingly drops left halfs often, the price will drop. And those 90+ slayers are mosty busy with other things. Hehe... Also, 2 90+ slayers here confirm its not true. Actually, at the moment, there are only 397 90+ slayers
  8. I camped down at D Beasts for all most 3 weeks, and there didt drop a cabbage There will add a new drop to D Beast, but I cant tell when (read it som where cant remember where) I sure hope they will, because incase you guys haven't noticed, they're pretty legendary to the followers of Zamorak, which is why Iban has huge statues of them in front of his temple. When I first encountered those guys down there near the temple of light I was pretty geeked out that those creepy, cool looking monsters actually existed.
  9. Totally agreed. It seems like if I keep track of the exp I am making all the time while I am training it goes slower, and if I constantly keep track of how many nats I have crafted, for example, I seem to make them more slowly; not really, but it seems like it. The minimum for it to be acceptable to me per hour, when I am actually trying to make money, is 200k gold per hour. When crafting nats in the abyss, I can do more than double that; as much as 450k an hour. Of course, I can't really say for sure because I don't like to keep track of time/numbers. What I mean about when I am actually trying to make money is, if I am training on monsters like basilisks for combat xp, I don't expect to make 200k an hour, in fact, I would be a very happy camper if I made 100k/hour.
  10. Seeing as how they require 90 slayer, I was wondering, has anybody really slayed enough of them to find out if they dropped anything special, like the abbysals drop whips? I mean, there's got be be a better reward for reaching 90 slayer than death talismins, right?
  11. I sure hope they ban autoers on RS2. I've seen quite a few in catherby fishing spots...
  12. Yes, yes, yes, and yes. It IS worth it. I bought 10k ess and 10 glorys and I made up like 5k of them in 3-4 hours. I got people attempting to PK me like 15 different times, but they all failed. Most of those times I just saw a little animation of ice chunks flying around me indicating that someome just wasted an ancient magicks ice spell on me. A few times I got frozen, and the noobs came up to me with ddses... But I managed to get away anyway :P
  13. Lol not really... I don't care weather I win or loose, but I do care when somthing a little less than fair is going on. Yes, the game before my team was gaurding the flag, but not on the friggin wall! :?
  14. When I was testing out my new whip in castlewars, I notices saradomin's team holding their flag like always... in the last place I would have expected. Y' know, when Jagex said that your flag would go back to your post if you had hold of it when you were in your castle, I would think that would include the walls, too... Seriously, though, I think if you're holding your own flag, you shouldn't be able to have 30 people gaurd you for the whole game... it should have a two minute timer like the safe room, dontcha think?
  15. castlewars came out BEFORE barrows  It's called THINKING AHEAD. Do you think Jagex just sits at there computers and then just code away at something they THINK will be cool or is it more likely that they have meetings every week, or once a month at least to be sure they know what they're all doing? Jagex obviously had set effects in at least brainstorming form when they wanted to make Castle wars They knew that it would be too powerful so they tried to prevent overpowerment of people with barrows equipment completely on. As Castlewars came out WAY before barrows, I don't think they designed the hood thing with barrows in mind. I don't think they had even thought of barrows yet. The whole purpose of the hood is to better be able to identify enemies, because when they are facing you, it's hard to see the blue/red cape from this prospective. I think Jagex sould find a way to introduce barrows into castlewars. I don't think it is fair that they let mages use ancient magicks in castlewars, but they don't let meleers use their neat barrows effects.
  16. The mods aren't allowed to PK because for one all of their skills are already level 99 and they didn't train, and because they aren't allowed to interfere with the game (with the obvious exception of banning rule breakers) in any way except with their non mod accounts. How fair would it be to get PKd by a level 126 mod when they don't even train? And how fair would it be if mods bought up all of the phats if they don't earn the money?
  17. Nice little guide, but one thing, you don't nececarily need to stock harpoons or lobster pots in your bank. The only place you can fish swordfish and lobsters is in Karamja, which you can only get to by going through port sarim, and there is a fishing supply shop right there.
  18. I recently trained to level 50 RC, so now I can use three pouches, and I have been using the abyss to craft nats. I now make HUGE ammounts of money. Depending on my mood, I can make 1-3 mil a day. I will have that whip soon... :D
  19. It still screws up... I hate the tip.it Search. It never seems to work for me. You grow magic roots I think. I don't really know much yourself but you gotta spin it :? Same here on the search button thing. It seems to be pretty much the same for any forums.
  20. I personally wouldn't bother with barrows at your level. I don't even bother at my level. My big money maker is RuneCrafting through the abyss - which churns out roughly 450k an hour. For barrows to be profitable, however, you must rely soley on luck. It CAN be more profitable on RuneCrafting, but it can go back to being very unprofitable very quickly.
  21. I know he isn't a mod, but a mod obviously did move it.
  22. I don't think jagex ever intended the infinity robes to be a status symbol, more of a reward for training hard in the arena. And yes, you still have to train for quite a long time to get the items even at their new prices. Just not nearly as long as before.
  23. Well, at least these new minigames make the spells more fun. With the alching game you run around grabbing items from closets alching the ones that go for the most and when the alching is free. With normal alching, its boring as hell just standing there repeatedly clicking on noted yew longs. Mabye fire bolting dragons might be fun, I don't know. But its a helluva lot more dangerous than alching I'll tell you that.
  24. Wow, that IS pretty stupid. Don't just check the confirmation screen, examine it to make sure you aren't getting scammed/doing somthing stupid. The stupidest thing I did was sell a mystic gold hat for 700 cosmics. I was fresh to RS2, so I had no idea cosmics were so cheap (well, now they're expensive, but that was then).
  25. 84 per day Not bad. 8) Sweet. Now all I gotta do is go to shilo (or wherever its most convienient) and pack in the seaweed (after I do a TON of abyss crafting).
