Nice thread and here is my contribution with Laikrob's approval. Thats Laikrob and me, Golvellius07. It started out as just a joke on the whole runescape bf/gf. But, we are having too much fun together to stop. I can't say where its going at this point, but for now, if you see us both online, then we are probably together and happy. :D

Yes, I won't say its my max, just the best hit i got. As you can see im not totally red bared. And its probably not the record seeing how I don't have 99 strength or a lava cape.

What's not shown on the pic: My 96 strength, my 8 hp (out of 96), my berserker ring, and my ammy is a salve. NOT A FAKE. 8-) Some background: I was training strength down there. (No, I don't track xp per hr) It gets kind of boring after awhile so I like to mix it up and have some fun. So I grab some prayer pots and see what I can do. (I normally train with food, no prayer, and I try to keep my hp in the low teens) At that time, I was hoping for an 80+ hit ,since I recently got 96 strength. Look for me in the future to post higher hits, maybe even that elusive 100+ if I can ever get my hands on that cape thing. Cause I'm just that crazy. :P *Sunday the 14th update* Upon request I added my newest pic on page 5. And boy have i been naughty.

Yeah, sorry about that. :lol: I seduced one, and even adopted another..... Hmm... Abyssals. Drop rate is like 1 every 6 hrs and you don't even have to pay attention. Burrows, god I'm lucky to get like once piece every 20 hrs, worth maybe 1 mil.

It will replace lobbies if the supply is high enough. Afterall, you can only fish it out in the middle of nowhere and the reqs keep many nonquestors away. Sharks won't be replaced seeing how even tuna & sweetcorn couldn't replace them and they heal 2 more.

If you do weekends you can have my 96 str and 118 combat working the portals. EDIT :UPDATED :D

For what its worth, I get whip drops after about 6 hrs. Its almost like clockwork, 6 hrs there and boom a whip on the ground.

I really hope these wild portals dont screw the place up. any of you catch that, jagex thinks were a bunch of whiners, thats kind of stereo typing dont you think? Check out the rants forum at Jagex. How couldn't you think that way? :lol: But, actually, I didn't catch that until you mentioned it. Kinda funny though.

There is a time to be right and there is a time to go with the flow. This karma thing is one of those go with the flow times. Its harmless and its really an uphill battle to get the real karma meaning out over the feel-good Leester's Karma.

World 2,6,9,18 are over-run during peak north american times. I'm not sure of the exact reasons other than the world 2 trading tradition. I think some kids just pick the lowest number world they can get onto or the busiest looking ones. Anyhow, we need another world cause its far too crowded. Right now its like the equivalent of saying lets have world 2 as our homeworld. It just doesn't work. Please pick another world of higher number, I do like the idea of a homeworld where I can run into people from here and have been trying to use world 9 if I'm not training in seclusion.

Actually, thats my point. The hill offers an advantange to those who hold it as they can rush down without being so short sighted as those rushing up. Hill taking has been big strategy in real world fighting for foreever. It would be interesting if runescape could have its own version of this. Then again I wonder if runescape is designed for large clan wars. I am beginning to think not.

Those apes are kinda hard to hit. Its nice cause the altar is there, but I don't think its for ultra fast training. I trained alot there when I was getting to 90 str. I only got like 60k per hr. (I was potting) Same as when I pulled out a whip and trained attack there. Maybe with your stats 80k per hr. 120k seems unrealistic. The lvl 80 shades are very nice if you don't mind burning prayer pots and got a salve amulet. I've got around 80k per hr there once.

Sorry I don't know existing strategies, I'm just an outsider/skiller. (They are probably just type *so and so on him* and the right click on him :lol: ) All I see is a new opportunities for strategies like mages and archers being able to pick targets at will from atop the hill. And for a formidable downhill rush by meleers.

Impassible? Lol. I was walking all around there with no problems. The new terrain is great, if your on a hill you can see all around. And if your not, then you can't see squat. Sounds like realistic battle strategy is needed here. Take them hills. :wink:

Don't worry about the splatters, heres what I do and I dharok frequently there. I wear intiate armour, warrior helm, whip, and zammy book. In my inventory is dbaxe and dharok. Turn on your offensive prayers and run through the south gate down towards one of the south portal (east one is best its weak to melee). I can almost guarantee that you'll have a few torchers and defilers on you while your working over the portal. You'll be taking damage in no time, even with 93 def I get hit up fast. Once I'm at like 50 something hp I switch to dharok, use dbaxe spec, and let loose. I dropped a 72 there yesterday. :P I love it when the lowers say OMG!!!!111!!!.

That kind of thinking is why prices spiral out of control after a change. :lol:
