I've seen some total rulebreaking threads in wrong forum around here, and all a moderator does after seeing the report, is move and leave a message. I dont think any of them actually reads the content. I may be wrong, and probably am, but this is what i have seen to be done (I dont blame you, i know how busy mods work can be)

Jagex used to pop in here every once in a while (well, Andrew did) and post here + read threads, as well as rants and suggestions :P

No. I have been part of tip.it forums for a long, long time, and it has been almost as long long time since people actually read what descriptions say, even longer time since people actually follow them =/

Could be a mistake, i mean that someone has forgotten to update the list. There are no hidden moderators in Forum.Tip.It :P (only hidden mods are moderators that have put their 'hide my online status' to active)

IMO they have forbidden somewhere, but rules are meant to be broken :P
