Wire frame technique is best for 'starters', but avoid the geometric shapes. Don't make it look like it started as a box for example. :P

pixel is not simply that "its made of pixels" as every image in a pc is made by pixels. pixel art is when you place every single pixel manually yourself, with no tool other than the pen tool Yes I know. And that was I meant. :roll:

Right, calm down your green colour. On my screen it looks like signal green, a green that is a real eye killer. Take a small care of it when you design. Do some colour theory.
