Toronto doesn't play until Thursday either. Which I would normally be upset about, but seeing as at the end of their last game Tucker, Peca, Kubina, Sundin, and Raycroft were all injured, I'm quite happy for this break. @Poll question: I'm going to (objectively) say Toronto. Raycroft is playing stellar right now (aside from the groin issue), and their young guns are stepping up in the absence of their star veterans (Sundin, Kubina). Players like Wellwood and Battaglia bring alot of creativity and energy, and players like Ponikarovsky are finally playing to their potential. I love shootouts. Exciting, and I hated the four column record.

Men often treat women like crap, that's what killed chivalry. Why do you think many women are under the impression that they need to dress in skimpy outfits and give sex to whoever wants it to feel loved by a man? It seems that way; I think the two are mutually exclusive.

I was just trying to make the point that chivalry died because men are generally objectifying insensitive jerks, but often women are holding it six feet under and complaining about it simultaneously. I don't know how I progressed towards general inequality.

I just think its funny that the same women that want equality in all things complain about chivalry being dead. Don't get me wrong, I'd love it if chivalry were possible. The first few times I was taking the bus to university I offered my seat to other women standing up, and got nothing but dirty/awkard looks in reply. That's why I feel no sympathy about any type of gender inequality nowadays, there's no consistency.

I must disagree with you here. Their roster isnt as spectactular, the coach isnt the greatest, theyre doing it with smoke and mirrors right now. The blue line is good sure, but i disagree with them being the best in the NHL. Look at a team like Buffalo or even an Atlanta with their rosters and talent. Ducks are maybe the best in the Western Conference, but i dont think the best in the NHL. Buffalo > Atlanta. I would even consider Ottawa to have the best roster, they just aren't playing like it.

Just watch America's Most Wanted next time you're home alone. You'll be so freaked out that the next time will be a snap.

In a belief system ... it's perfectly logical It's only logical as per your belief. Just because you believe something (which can't be proven) does not make it "real", it makes it your personal belief (and there's nothing wrong with that - as long as you don't state is as a fact but your belief). Your argument is merely your opinion as well, since it is based on circular reasoning (you presuppose materialism, and then say Christ can't have done miracles because of the materialism, therefore materialism).

Yea, I knew you were a Bruins fan (saw your above post). I agree the officiating in the game was terrible. But, it was terrible in favour of both teams at different times, so it can't really be complained about - it was consistently terrible.
