It's the staff that do the asking. They watch people's posting habits and choose people based on their personality. Then, once you've been asked, there's just the $50 inauguration fee and you're a moderator. $80 come January :wink: There is quite an extensive nominations process and asking is a turn-off. it is pointless making a clan marketplace since you get no one looking in the clan related forums. Another dead forum pl0x? I insist that you should use your efforts to increase the activity there rather than make another pointless forum? The only idea you have gave to improve that section was to make you Mod of it. I see that you tried to post more often in CD which I thank you for. But pointing out our flaws with no solution only gives us a headache.

Well I was brought up in a Catholic school myself. I was never forced to believe one religion or another and all the staff were very tolerant. I did eventually begin to question Catholicism one day and gradually drifted away towards Atheism. Which I believe in now. I do not think faith in one particular religion should be taught. Instead, all religions should be taught and students can make their own decisions and form their own arguments.

Please do not discuss certain users any further. Big topics don't split very well and I don't want to split this one again. Any concerns you have may be voiced to myself or an Admin.
