    No background details?
  2. It depends on the changes Jagex make. But the number of Clans has been growing over the past years and, unless something drastic happens, I'll expect that to continue.
  3. I completely agree. I see no benefit of the EU to Britain. For example, when the EU budget is up for review, France always tries to force us to give up the rebate.
  4. Either Top Gear, Never Mind The Buzz[roosters], QI or Have I Got News For You.
  5. Maybe this is bringing down the tone, but here is a song from one of the greatest films ever:
  6. This is just Reid trying to please the tabloids, but it'll never happen. I'm surprised a journalist even made an article about it.
  7. Introduce more Global Moderators. Obvious really. You are one of the people who should understand how hard it is to keep the forum moderated 24 hours a day , no matter how many moderators there are... Nevertheless, when you take into account the retirements, resignations and inactivities, more global-moderators are needed to full the space.

  9. I'm having difficulty finding any decent DS games currently. The Resident Evil remake and Castlevania are my favourites at the moment.
  10. Why are you pursuing ForsakenMage for input? No offence to her, but many in the Clan world find her biased. Read some of Purecheese's topics in the Staff forums if you want reasons why many left the Tip.It Clan community. Pure Clans are a result of Pest-Control. Understandably, the number now choosing to level quickly need a group to help in the wilderness.
  11. Can we get a MegaUpload link to download? YouTube hurts my eyes.
  12. For good reason. It's not needed and will not be used.
  13. The simple solution is more Global Moderators. Tip.It has become localised, which was great for some forums but bad for others.
  14. Fawlty Towers, Father Ted, One Foot in the Grave or Blackaddar.
  15. There shouldn't be an apostrophe in the above cases, objects(animals too) cannot possess other objects. Final word should be 'yourself'.
  16. Although I hate luring, this is quite disappointing. Another example of Tip.It's superfluous rules.
  17. I took your three words as a whole for your paragraph as I didn't want to dissect a joke. But since you're taking it seriously, the deconstruction at your request: I say use some editing thing you do with the word blocker and thing I think 'censor' is the word you're looking for. (Nit-picking, huh?) ...and change the "+1" to something even more ridiculous As I said previously, if you're going to censor* "+1" (so that it appears as something offensive) then why not censor the word "ditto"? That argument will be used if this happens. Furthermore, using an offensive phrase will only serve to unsettle the politically-correct Staff. I'll return now to the post to make sure I haven't missed anything, because I hate to be called stoopid over da internets. Unsuspecting user? [garden tool]-[garden tool]! Humiliating a forum user. What fun! *Censor, filter, 'editing thing' and 'word blocker and thing' all mean the same thing.
  18. Then why not block the word 'ditto' too? They mean almost the same thing. Having a separate rule just for "+1" is ludicrous. It is spam and should be treated as such therefore only persistent or irritating usage of it should be zap-worthy. Are you stupid? You took my first three words out of a whole paragraph and decided to quote me on that. READ what the rest of my paragraph; which included those three words and you'll get that I didn't just want it blocked because I know that blocking it won't solve the problem. If your words - 'Note the Sarcasm' - were meant to relate to your paragraph, then why did you divide them from it by the ellipsis? Whether it's blocked with asterisks or your witty remark it won't work as you said yourself.
  19. Hardly. Skilling Clans rarely post their events and have very little to say generally. The new forum has done little to reverse the decline of Tip.It - which looked promising for a time but then fell again a few weeks ago.

  21. You know what you want in it. That is, compared to us. You'll need to actually think of things to do. Walk through a busy city and look at all the things everyone is doing for inspiration.
  22. RuneHQ are a legit site. No guarantees, but it is probably safe and legal. I'm sure they have a FAQ on the subject, however, which may offer more help.
  23. It's quite refreshing to see someone level a combat skill honestly, without Pest-Control. Good luck.
  24. Why another smilie? Half of them are not even used and the other half are over-used.
  25. Another forum is not needed. I've always hated the Skill Recruitment Centre as it serves little purpose. Simply creating separate Recruiting and Joining (sub)forums would be better. All Clans or groups wanting to advertise can do so in the one forum. All players wishing to join a Clan can do so in the one forum. Thus, reducing the stress on the Moderators and lessening confusion.
