If this is a huge flop (which experience predicts could be a possibility), then it's all Jagex's fault: they've built this up too much, so now there are huge expectations from pkers/clans. I'm warm to the idea of PvP worlds, but pessimistic about Jagex's delivery of them.

I don't know for definite, but I doubt it. In my time here, I've often seen discussion about making a new history page (or as you said updating timmy's), but it is always fruitless.

Yes, the TWR forum is probably your best bet; of course, so long as you only bump when your topic has slipped off the first page, you can still just keep your topic here.

Finally, an incentive to get 99 Mage. When PvP worlds are released, Jagex will probably have a few bugs to iron out (like with POHs: the great Duriel controversy), but it nonetheless looks like a great update which could refresh the clan-world.
