I think u should need the crafting skill to make the books, the better they are, the longer they can be. - Writting could be done by anybody on a new book. - On an already writted book, only the creator can edit it. This way persons could write down hints or even sell their knowledge! But it would lead to some (lots of) scams . . . . :?
