Hes talking about range... Low prayer is better for staking at your level so i wouldnt get ancients since you dont really use it in range staking. If your going to be range staking then use dark bow if specials on, if not use dragon bolts or rune knives.

dorgeshun, i dont know how you spell it, with bone bolts is a very effective training weapon.

Nobodys hit that yet, this is the highest ive seen. You cant use helm in castle wars so the void effect wouldnt work and this hit wouldnt be possible there.
