I wouldnt have given him anything. I remember one of my friends told me her mom just died and i tried to console her as much as i could and she was thankful enough for that, she didnt ask for anything but the only reason she was on runescape was so she could talk to her friends and try to calm herself down. You handled it rather well though i dont think i would have given him 1.3m.

I'm fairly sure that would still go under rule 6 then, although it may be a bit weird form of rule 6... "Rule 6 - Account Sharing/Trading Each account should only be used by ONE person." If someone steals the account and makes it so the owner cant get back on it its still only being used by one person.
