With my relatively low combat level, it isn't to hard for me to evade the equally inexperienced RC pkers that antagonize me each trip, so I'm not quite as passionately agitated by them as many higher-leveled runecrafters. Ergo, my relationship with the pkers is fairly passive-agressive. I do however believe RC pking is a purely necessary evil, chiefly for its economic benefit to inflation; and partially for its dent in the usual grinding work of traversing the abyss.

I'm afraid I have to go with the majority: Construction Skill: It's nice to see the product of around 5 years' work. Recipe for Disaster: I didn't complete this until several months after its release, but I managed to obtain the barrows gloves at level 78 combat. Can't wait for the 200th quest. Achievement Capes: It's nice to be recognized for completing every quest at a relatively low combat level. Whats better is I can still wear it and use the emote in a free world even now that I am not a member.

I thoroughly enjoyed this article as the previous one. I think it would have been interesting to compare rare prices to dragon chains.

I have no experience with rares, but I would assume the crash would be the effect of inflation. You ain't the only one, so did i Me three :lol:

Ha! this is just like that other post that claimed jagex actually "ripped f2p off". Personally, I think F2p is more than enough to satisfy someone for a trial version. I also think people fail to recognize the small generousities jagex gives f2p For one thing, they gave them rs2 they gave them runecrafting they gave them holiday drops and events they gave them graphical updates they gave them tiaras they gave them bank pins (it'd be cruel not to, but stil...) they gave them trimmed armor they gave them colored gloves they let them view the forums And all these are just things that happened during rs2 ('cept the forums part, maybe) anyway, count your blessings :)

I hate everything, so... I go to castlewars and grab every last explosive potion there is. I go to keldagrim and throw them all into the blast furnace. Keldagrim explodes, therefore trollwiess mountain explodes, and the north seas flood all of Runescape :P Well, I dont really hate everything... I just wanted to say that =p

I'd do both 5 and 2. I'd sell it all for cash, invest the mony through merchanting until I have twice the amount I started with, buy everything back, track down the person and give everything back :D
