I'd do 4 wars: 2 on saturday, 2 on sunday, 2 on 2 est and 2 on 5 est... Tally the ops lost and see if that provides a solution... But in all honesty, I bet this is going to come down to a stupid little rule breakage deemed too "insignificant" to affect the outcome of the war...

In this case I have to agree with jcfc, although that pic showing 28 vs 9 is something to weigh in...

Yeah, this is one of our better Did You knows :) "Reading" the dots and dashes along for the first time was hard for me, but the better I got at it during the song, the more I lolled IRL... Anywho, expect more quality stuff (not all at once though), and if ANYONE has a good idea on a subject to write about, as well as an angle on it, I'd be more then happy to make an interesting topic about a subject of your choice... The largest portion of them came from the experience and minds of my clanmembers... Its become something of a challenge within my clan to see which ones get posted from the ones that I submit under the name of my clan...

on tutorial island/the new quest, i hardly read anything, i just wanted to figure it out for myself. When i played Pokemon, i hardly talked to any npc's because there was no point, i mean how many people would really read it? Its a great point, but, you have to think, will people bother reading it? They will the first time around :)

Some people have their facts mixed up... Here is them all in a row: Faith start: 20 Instinct start: 19 Person who lagged out: Lakster37 Person going out of bounds: Dark Vtesh2 It couldnt have been Lakster37 that went out of bounds because as said, he found himself later in the jail (he did afterall, log out)... The person that went out of bounds can be seen returning after about 10 sped-up seconds, and later he is attacked again and seen with an almost full green bar... Any which way you looked at it, this particular Instinct person broke the rules previously determined between BOTH your clans... The decision made by Peterpan to give the victory to Instinct was a hasty one at best, and is overruled by Das, who offers to do a rematch... The whole tournament can be extended for all I know, as long as the match is done properly... If I was an Instinct member I would praise myself lucky to get another chance, because if the rules were actualy enforced, Instinct would have been disqualified, even if you won 19-0... The conditions of the rematch are the same as the old match (WITH BOUNDS!), with the inclusion of the rule that Faith has only 1 person more on the battlefield as Instinct, sicne the war was 20 F vs 19 I... Das has "randomly" chosen a time and date suitable to both clans, and since the averages are very close together on your Runehead memberlists this is about as fair as it can be made, and about as much as Instinct can hope for and about as little as Faith deserves... Das himself will attent the ar and watch it like a hawk... =- I think this about sums it all up, if I missed anything, please feel free to correct me... PS; forgive Peterpan, he is pretty new on the job...

Das; its just as hard for one clan as it is for the other to stay within bounds, and if it was an accident, then I can still understand... But this person took the long way around to get back, no doubt eating all the ehalth back he would need... And as you said, Faith should've continued the fight, but if they did, they would still be piling a person miles out of bounds, aka become rulebreakers themselves... If anything, a rematch shouldve been offered before a ruling on who won was made... Instinct can now simply refuse the rematch and go through to the next round... Someone who made the final decision that Instinct got the win anyways seriously dropped the ball here... But lastly, one thing stands as strong as a house: Why have rules if they can be broken with no repercussions whatsoever...

oeh wow, another shocker... It's also easy to return just as fast as you clicked out... This person took the long way around (just look at the video), something that is clear to nearly everyone as trying to escape the battle... This is where it shows how little experience some people have in clan issues such as wars... ANYONE who sees the video can clearly see that regardless of knowing the rule or not, this person violated it, and by doing so has greatly impacted the outcome of the war... Ignorance is not an excuse... Once again the staff basicly admits that there has indeed been a transgression of previously established rules, but fails to show any backbone in the execution of punishment... Somehow people here still put up with the attitude of "yeah, they broke the rules, but we're not going to do anything about it" of those that are supposed to rule and manage the happenings in this clan section... I wouldnt be surprised if there's a PM in Das' letterbox by tomorrow pointing out how the ruling body here screwed up again....

Hmm, although I have absolutely no business posting in this thread as my clan doesn't participate, I feel that the discussion is an interestion one... After watching the video there is no doubt that someone went out of bounds... And while this may or may not have an impact on the eventual outcome on the war, it is still breaking the pre-set rules of the war, and breaking the rules should be punished... Unfortunately, the only possible way of punishment is having the other side win... Some arguments that have passed the revue are quite interesting... This person could have lagged, but then again so could someone from Faith have... And if the roles were reversed you'd be furious if they won anyways... Turns out that this person did not lag out at all and had full control over all movement the entire time... It could also not have impacted the outcome of the war, but I'm not so sure about that either... This person did not randomly run out of bounds, there were atleast 7 white dots (that are visible) chasing him, making him the definite target of Faith's pile... It also took him a full 10 seconds in that SPED UP video to return... More then that, it took the white dots only 3 (execpt for 1 dot who was apparently still chasing him)... All in all, it's a tough call to make against a clan who would have won "if only"... But if we lived in a world of if-only's then it'd be a better place for all of us... Congratulations Faith, you deserve to win on the grounds of abiding the rules... And secundairy congratulations to Instinct, who would have won "if only"...

I remember the case of THE clan... Infact, one of their leaders is/was in my clan (he's not that active anymore, but still there for the clan when needed)... I'll poke him to shed some light on the situation...

Junior clans got replaced along the way with FA lists... And some clans, like mine, don't even use those...

well, in their case its an all-dutch clan...

I prefer Bright Skintonically impaired....

I know what you mean with these teams... Examples of this are teams for DK-ing, or GWD teams... I generally allow people in my clan to join or even create such teams, as long as they realise that TSA comes first in every respect... I also encourage them to try and recruit people form those teams into my clan...

Or you could finally join us :) (this would mean i'd have to give my own clan a compliment... SYKE!)
