Nope, its Pure Community, and they will be taking the Black Capes off of RS BnB... Nothing the masses of Tip.it Cannot handle... I do have an imperitive question to ask though... Does ANYONE with any certain confirmation know what the capacity is for the Free-For-All area? For unless I miss my guess, it will be held there...

Classic and MAYBE Turrets... For P2P battles there are quite a few different rules to consider...

Quarry is too small to define any bounds... Same can be said for the Blasted Forest and Plateau... The Turret one is pretty much DESIGNED to favour Rangers and Mages (yes, even on F2P) so a lot of running-while-shooting will happen anyways...

TBH, a war where its a side that maxes out at 100 vs 100... The winner is pretty much determined by the 1000th kill... Everything after that is just.... Pointless...

+1 I know the CWPL is a big screw-up by the RSC staff...

Do you prefer the safe or dangerous option? And, what exactly is the reward to walking around in the dangerous FFA zone with expensive armor? Safe... P2P is costly enough, and a great motivator for my clan is the risk/reward factor... That is non-existant in the dangerous areas... What rules do you set for your planned fights? Do you prefer determining the winner by the most kills within X hours/minutes, or by reaching a predetermined number of kills first? Are there any other popular setups? How about the simple: we kill all of you or you kill all of us... No time, no set ammount of kills, no limits on what can be used and no bounds on where you can go... For **planned** fights, do you like these updates or the old wilderness/bh better? Why? I like the Clanwars way way WAY better since now P2P wars can be fought with full potential, instead of everyone welfare-ing with full Black Dhide and either a DDS or an MSB... And ofcourse you can pretty much asume that the fights are 100% fair since the opposing side can take his time to agree with the conditions set... Myself as Leader at the top, supported by a small group of generals (some of which carry the title Co-leader) who each have a specialty; Wars, Events, Recruitment, Tech, and Foreign Relations... They can be supported by sub-generals, but this has not been the case now for a while (they're just so damn good at their jobs)... Below that are a few people who are expert in their field; PK-ing, Merchanting, Skilling (even down to a specific skill on occasion)... Below that we find the Battle Commanders, who are just normal members, but with the authority to take command of a pile and be (whats dubbed by JaGex as a) caller... Thats basicly how our leadership structure has functioned since the clan was founded...

Barack Obama gave a speech in which he commented on the Republicans "putting lipstick on a pig" and "wrapping an 8 year old fish in fresh paper will still stink" The Republican party immediatly jumped on these otherwise quite common expressions saying that it is a new low to call Palin a pig... With all due respect to Sarah Palin but she is the one who started with the animal comparisson of her to a barracuda and a pitbull... Even IF these weren't common expressions, and even IF these were specifically targetted at Sarah Palin, I still think its a bit overreacted... On top of that; what is with the utter media black-out around her? No reporter can ask her a question, and if they get too near, she's shoved into an SUV... The only thing she does is give speeches and interact with carefully selected indiviuals... A certain presumed dead dictator of North Korea has about the same level of interaction with the media... I'm from holland, and here we are heavily a fan of Barack Obama (polls suggest 85%), as the rest of Europe is... We collectivly urge the people of the United States to elect Obama (slap some tough sense in your parents)... If John McCain is allowed to continue the policies of George Bush, who violated more Constitutional and International laws and treaties then ANY other president before him, then Europe can no longer consider America to be a nation of Honor, let alone freedom... Red just explained for me to Lore why I think its a sign of weakness not to use blasts... I believe the word was 'e-rep'...

1: The Mahjarrat is the elite guard of Zaros 2: Azzenadra is definitly the son of Zaros, you learn this durng the Desert Treasure quest... 3: Malak is the one you get the Blood Diamond from... The other 3 DT bosses (but not Dessous) are also Mahjarrat, as they are the ones who imprisoned Azzenadra, and from those you get those Diamonds (Ice, Shadow and Smoke)...

[hide=] [/hide] uuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhmmmmmm........no... Its placed on the GE at the medium price, and should that price change, it will change with it... not lowest available at the time...

Hence why I have been suggesting for a while now to have a staff or wad or whatever other 1 handed item that allows you to auto-cast Flames of Zamorak... This spell not only does heavy damage, but also lowers your opponents mage level... And TADAA every "class" has something to target its own with Your arguments are flawed though... The combat triangle does work, but you gotta know the true finesses of it :) I'd suggest you join an awesome P2P clan like mine :P

Btw its spelled: Frenaskae, and it was Guthix who brought powerful warriors from this plane of existance into Gielenor to balance out some of the forces already in play... It was THESE warriors who brought the Dragon weapons and armor with them... Also, the origins of The Mahjarrat are unknown... The only CERTAIN things we know about them are some of the people who were in it: Hazeel Lucien Zamorak (read on) Malak Azzenadra (before he was betrayed by the rest, read on) The Oracle Kamil Fareed Damis Drakan Zemouregal [hide=This is very accurate] [/hide] It failed to mention that the Staff of Armadyl also plunged itself into Zamorak himself, and that Zamorak at the time was "just" human. This betrayal happened when Saradomin and Armadyl were fighting the forces of Zaros, and it took the effort of all Mahjarrat to keep them at bay, while Zamorak tried to assassinate Zaros... As far as anyone knows, Azzenadra, the person you resque at the end of Desert Treasure, was the son of Zaros, providing key evidence that Zaros was the source of Ancient Magiks... Being his son though, Azzenadra couldnt be left to roam the world freely after the attempted assassination, and was thus imprisoned in the Pyramid we know as Jaldraocht...

Bufoman; Didnt you retire from RS? I mean there was this whole retirement party because you had no intention of ever coming back to the game... Now that Army has taken over, rallied the troops back together and actually does well with the clan, you come back in to reclaim leadership? You're in for a helluva fight there... As for this topic; Tal Shiar was a clan even before I played RuneScape in other games... When I started playing RS I joined a clan of some friends, but when that fell apart bit by bit, the majority of that clan and I thought it would be better to try our own luck... That luck has held out for almost 2 years now, and every day it is still hard for me to believe how far we've come... This success might mean that the clan outlives me, but that is FAR into the future, if at all...

Yes, exactly, Lordofrah1... I'm here to rant about those clans wh dont allow t, while they should... I think its a sign of weakness...

My channel on IRC was overrun the night before last by bots... Not a peep out of them since then though...
