wat is bug abuse?
What a moron.... killing 'bugs' (spiders, worm's, ect) is not bug abuse. The bugs the rule is about are computer/code errors, bugs, which can give the player who experiences them a advantage (eg clones one item, double exp, ect)

Runescape Sig?
You lost me right there. Jagex is going to ban a fan site because it just made it easier for them to make sigs?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? If you read the article it stats the lite version is to help (not ban, send C&D notices or other bad stuff) fan sites.

what is the party room
The basic idea is one or more player(s) put items in the chest. then one pplayer pay the 2k (I think its 2k ) to release balloons from the ceiling. In some of the balloons are the items. When the balloons drop to the floor just click them to pop them and if your lucky a item will replace the balloon.

The best Gaming operating system.
Operating system. -Linux Not good at all as all windows games have to run through WINE -Windows Xp Refined drivers and fixed bugs. XP is the best until Vista's drivers are fixed and DX10 come into its own -Vista Still needs work doing to the drivers, but they are getting better. Remember Vista is the only OS to use the new DX10 which will be need for game in the not to soon future -Mac Never used a mac before. From what I've heard they are getting close to being as good as XP gaming wise -Other. XP is currently the best for games, but Vista will eventually be as good and then better when DX10 games start rolling out.

best way 2 get 56 agilty
All I would take with you is boot of lightness, hunter cape (the weight reduction ones of course), knife and food. Food wise, cakes are best, as they allow you to keep your hp on a short lease, however any food is good.

How to Build Your Own Computer Part 1 - Components
I forgot to mention that you should definitely mention what OEM means as it can save people a lot of cash or cause major hassle. My own explaination. OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturer This means your buying only the part without any extras, for example a OEM hard drive is only the hard drive (no cables). Points to note. OEM Processors do not include a heatsink or thermal glue meaning you will have to buy these separate. OEM Hard, CV/DVD and floppy drives will not include any cables. However most motherboards will come with a selection of cables for them.

How to Build Your Own Computer Part 1 - Components
It all seems a little dated to me. And also very dumbed down with a lot of stuff missing. You failed to mention; SATA and PCI-Express (1, 8 and 16) on the motherboard section. Heatsinks (or thermal paste), in the motherboard, processor and graphics card sections. Single, Dual and Quad cores in the processor section. Dual channel ram  SATA, ATA and SCSI, in the hard drive section. Lightscribe and Labelflash, and ATA, SATA and SCSI, HD-DVD and blueray in the CD/DVD section  You failed to tell people to be wary of buying a $5 powersupply or using a power supply which cames with a very cheap case as its more likely to fail which can/will damage other parts of the pc. You should also link to the Powersupply calculator as it will allow be to ensure they get a powersupply suitable for there system. As for the guide overall is not bad, but you should defiantly mention the above points as they are all vital when building a PC. If you need any help I'll gladly help.

Getting Tokul
At level 80 you should be using a shield instead of the defender as they hit hard. Add the best RFD gloves you can and a ring of wealth to your equipment. If you plan on fighting them for a long period of time I recommend buying a D Baxe as it will remove the cost of (super) strength pots. If you want to reduce the food you use you can hally them over the mine area rocks. Personally I just rush them, without I'm using a hally. The shop buy all ores, you can mine sivler and gold from the obby .

Fable: TLC
How are you posting then? If its another computer and you are able to download it to it then simply transfer it using a flash drive. Anyway my guess on why your having those troubles it that the settings your playing on are too high for your pc, try dropping any AA or AF and there water/background effects. That should reduce any lag and hopefully fix the problem.

Make money while raising farming easy easy
When you compare this to farming rannars and other high level herb seeds it seems a little lame, but as far a a tip for newbies its a good one. Add other ways of making cash, estimates on the amount of chaos you can buy per hops, a few pics and you have yourself a nice little guide. It needs some work, but I like the idea.

How much ram?
Ram wise you should be looking at the following. 512mb windows 2000 768mb for XP 1gb for Vista (There roughly twice the minimum spec) Those are what you should be looking at as a minimum (for the bare minimum you could drop 256mb off the above, but due performance difference its not worth it.) If you are looking to play any game made in the last year then you should be looking at the minimum of 1gb with 1.5gb to 2gb being the recommended. As for above 2gb, without you have a 2900 or 8800 video card with a AMD 6000+ or better or a Intel E6300 or better I wouldnt recommend it as nearly no games or applications will take advantage of it. (Remember windows XP doesn't like more then 3gb of ram  )

But he can't build a laptop, nor get the same performance for the money. Not to mention he never once that he wanted a laptop. So why post about it.

They also need to change the heading on the hand fishing as it states you get both agility and strength exp, when you only get strength exp from hand fishing.

65 Slayer and Dust Devils and Bones>Peaches? Need Advice.
B->P is 8hp for 2 nats thats 580gp for 8hp :S Sharks are a cheaper choice - 8hp is more like 400gp in sharks. And over time it'll add up to a decent saving. If you were crafting your own nats then maybe it wouldn't matter so much, but as you don't have 44 i assume you're buying everything. Bones to peaches turns all the bones in your inventory to peaches as as you can have the max of 25 bones in your inventory for the spell (ok you could have 27 or 26 when using a staff but you will realistically be looking at 25 tops). Thats 580gp for (25 x 8) 200hp. Which is a lot cheaper then sharks.

What should I do with 9m?
I would have to say Guthan's (and maybe a a black mask), use it to level slayer and make a fair bit on drops, plus you get a lot of herbs from slayer monsters so you will be lvl'ing herblore too. You will also get a lot of herb seeds which you can use to lvl farming and herblore in turn. Its a win win situation, great slayer, farming, herblore, combat, prayer (all those b/d bones  ), magic, range and a little construction (long and curved bones) exp. Plus all the cash from drops.

barrows armour worth it?
Replacing that set up with: Guthan/Torag/Dharok helm Guthan/Torag/Dharok plate body Guthan/Torag/Dharok legs Obby Cape Glory ROF Gloves Rune Boots With whip or Guthan/Torag/Dharok weapons Would give you a large defence bonus increase making training easier (time and food wise). The guthans set is great for training and slayer, and as you said dharoks is great for strength training. Are the sets worth it? Well is dies down to what you train on and how much cash you have. If you have enough cash and the monster you normally train on hit you fairly hard then get a set. But if your low on cash and are rarely hit by the monster then its not really worth it to you. Hope I helped

Drop rate of black mask? Does the bonus stack?
This question has been bugging me too (the drop rate that is). I've currently killed over 1000 cave horrors and still haven't got a single black mask.
